The Cold Winds Of Fey

Word spreads quickly about a large attack upon the clerks ward today, The body's of winter fey and other random races of sigil are scattered about. The attacking fey where thwarted although a smart tactician would realize the fey where only testing the city's defenses and the Harmonium force.

It is said that local planes walkers entered brux to find the source of the force, However only the two known as Sasha and Dace returned carrying a collection of body's. Rumors spread that the waterfall in brux has started to freeze slowly and people are warned to stay away less you hear the riders upon the wind.

Tess begins to spread warnings throughout the city to prepare to defend yourselves when snow is seen, and is seeking assistance in defending the citizens from the riders.
A courier also delivers a message to Miranda and Deltana alike, informing them that Changelings are a legitimate concern for the newest and not yet arrived members of Sigil, since these attacks have begun.
Miranda's letter also specifically mentions that it is a good idea to arm the defenders of the city with cold iron, despite Tess's personal distaste... so long as the wielders are smart enough to separate inhabitants from invaders.

Descriptions of the invaders are given in detail in both letters, along with appropriate warding suggestions.

The following message reaches the doorsteps of both Mirranda and Tess's place or residence.

Good cycle to you. I have come across the warnings you have placed around the city and would like to further discuss them with you for an upcoming article. If your time permits I would be most grateful to meet at the earliest convenience, as the matter is rather pressing.

Miranda does not seem very worried about the crude drawings that have appeared on her business posters, in truth she had placed them in an attempt to take advantage of the fey situation in sigil and hopefully turn a profit.

Which has worked to a degree, but not as much as she would like.

That being said, people of Sigil would notice a few things. The first would be the new iron construct standing at the door way to her tower which is, yep you guessed it...made almost entirely of cold iron. When the pregnant merchant is seen around town, which ever golem she has looking over her that day is armed with various implements of the metal, and her own person twinkles with magical spell protections.

As to those who have sent her letters, she simply writes the response.

"You know where I live, and you know how to find me, let me know when you want to talk".

Apparently a gathering of five adventures enter brux and vanish, Three of the five return to sigil a few hours after. The last two are missing for a while longer before finally returning to the city. Unlike the recent reports these adventures appear to have invoked no fey response.

Given Tess's frequent studies, she'll be sending others to investigate these five, specifically the two who were took longer to return.

The people of Sigil had thought they where safe, After all DM Ariella wouldn't attack on Christmas would she?, However they had underestimated her evil!. Rumors spread that deep within the streets of the Great Bazaar an armed figure appeared with dancing blades and two large glowing orbs. as he walked through the district fighting erupted around him, people enraged by the most simple things. It is said the figure made his way into a house and has not been seen since. The exact house changes between the people asked and one would have to investigate to gain further details.

The Harmonium when informed said they had more pressing concerns and would deal with it later, Word on the street however is the guards are simply allowing the fey to kill of some indeps before they act.

Pending responses from potential research assistants, Tess is changing her focus to the blade. Staring with its description from Charae and Argent, following up on its whereabouts, and researching the weapon from there.
She understands Lucelle was the last to possess it within the city.

The witch was starting to become irritated. Having inexplicable visions of these things, these... riders was becoming vexing, not because she lacked a solution or proximity to the issue but because the sporadic scenes had seemed to be communicating something not entirely in line with public knowledge of the issue. If she was supposed to know these things, the blue star would have her know them, she just wanted the information sooner rather then later. She would seek it in her dreams.
