Dark Business In The Hive

[*Selebius]

"It has stopped... where am I?" He looks down at himself and it seems he still has emotions, still has feelings as his eyes go wide with horror.

"What am I? Who are you? It is dark.. why can I see? Why is my heart not beating anymore?!"

[*Midnight]

The display of emotion disappoints her but she does not let it show. She is paitent with her charges they will learn.

"I took it away. The pain the addiction. Those things they made you do. Can you feel it, feel how it is gone now?"

She leans over the man and with no hesitation she kisses his decomposing forehead.

"You my dear one are both undead and alive. You uniquely will have a greater chance of discovering true death."

Emila beams down proudly her eyes filling with an insane glee.

"And you are just the first. It is a big city, one by one we will save them all."

[*Selebius]

He tries to crawl away from her but is still held down by the bonds that fix him to the slab.

It takes sometime until he realizes what she said and even longer until he understands the consequences.

Emila sees the moment when his mind slips into madness, when he realizes that everything he knew, he was is gone now- and that there might be no easy way out of his new existance.

[*Midnight]

Her own grip on sanity perhaps not the strongest Emila smiles at this moment of enlightenment.

"Yes now you understand. No fear no pain. You will be the first of many."

[*Selebius]

He gives a cackling laugh, his eyes' purple glow diminishing a bit as the necrotic balance in his body stabilizes.


"One of many! There are plenty out there. Please say.. what can I do to help them to find the same enlightment I have found?"

[*Midnight]

"You will stay here. You will stay safe. To succeed I will need my faction's support. To gain that I will need to show them something namely you. Someone is trying to stop us it seems. You will be my insurance."

[*Selebius]

"Yes.. yes." The creatures says, suddenly eager to help, madness in its eyes. "Just tell me what I shall do"

[*Selebius]

He looks at her with some strange kind of understanding in his eyes. Those who knew him might notice that only his body remained the same but his mind is now clouded with some madness- or is it really that he approaches True Death?

His eyes show no emotions anymore and he seems content with leaving all that once made him human behind him.

[*Midnight]

Emila grins at her new pet.

"My plan hinges on convincing the first circle and The Factol that your unique condition gives yiu an advantage in the path to true death. I need you to stay here, study, learn."

[*Selebius]

"I will learn! I have much to learn. What I am. And..."

The creature looks around... realizing something. "I feel no hunger. No wearyness. My pain is gone and... all my worries. I.. do not longer need them. Feel them. Is this how death feels?"
