If the tutor suspects Vara's motives behind her line of questions, she does not make it known, and answers each with concise clarity. However, she makes it clear that her information has come from the Matrons she has personally dealt with whilst they were Matrons.

After some time where the chaos of recent events had temporarily halted their almost daily lessons. Darremar would visit Isonade at her new chosen cave in Karasuthra. Here he would help her make prepare the cave as her new abode and practice the language she had been teaching him.
He would insist that they use the drow tongue to converse so that she could correct him as need be and that he could learn to fall more readily into thinking in the language. This would include the sign language of the drow as well.
A more involved approach that could yield faster results when it came to learning another language. Of course they had a limited time as he was expected back to aid Lyra with her work. He would invite Isonade to join him as the upcoming clientele were likely to be a handful and then some.

He would generally find her home in the morning hours, the afternoons regularly spent at Danielle's. While having him move around furniture and sorting her books, she'd converse with him fluently in her tongue, though getting her to teach him the sign language was a bit of a stretch to his skills at persuasion. She'd relent, eventually - the half of the time they were busy doing other things, she'd speak aloud, and the other half of the time would be spent sitting on the new winter wolf rugs, "talking" with thier hands at each other.
She accepts the invitation, as she had been, accompanying him back to his abode around the midday mark.

He would make good use of these lessons as often as he could manage. The company maintained with Isonade for her own sake as much if not more important than the lessons she taught him in the process.
He would likely pick up much more of her language through this more rigorous application than he had even with the lesson plans she left for him.

The topics of their conversations often turn to Isonade's past in the Underdark, her vivid stories of the caverns and thier denizens easily elaborated with the language. However, if Darremar had tried to exchange his own stories, he might find it difficult to do so, since the Drow language had very few (or no) words truly equivalent to certain concepts, items, or beings (namely those found on the surface i.e. selflessness, compassion, trees, certain flowers, etc.)
One would also notice the way the laguage mimicked the sounds of the environment - eerie tones like the wind through a tunnel, the clicks and chitters of underground creatures, and even the dripping of water. There were at least 23 differnt words for caverns, many of which he may not readily distinguish the difference between.

The elf would walk weakly into Isonade's cave many hours after he had departed her in the bazaar. Weary, and holding his left arm limply to side. A trickle of blood escaping the sleeve of his down onto his hand.
He would look to Isonade if she were not in Reverie and speak these words before collapsing onto the nearest chair or whatever in exhaustion.
"Vendui, dalninil."
The elf would close his eyes and heave his chest in a tired sigh. His search was drawn to a forced halt... for the moment.

Having been putting a few things away, she would turn as he entered. "Vendui-"
Her eyes widening at the blood, as she moves quickly yet silently to retrieve healing suplies before returning to his side to bandage up the arm.
She'd sit with him a while, just a calm presence to help share the burdens he places on his shoulders. After a time, she risies to make tea, and to bring out some blankets for one of the couches or the floor, in case he'd decide to stay.
As long as he remains with her, she'd speak in her tongue, though in was rare she'd do so. Much of her time was spent making sure Darremar took care of himself, as well as finishing off her abode.

A small sigh would escape her as he leaves, feeling as utterly useless as he must have been when Ymerion had first gone "missing".
She looks to Lilith, who had emerged from her portion of the caves to give Isonade what looked like a tablecloth, woven from the spider's own silk. "What kind of sister am I, who cannot ease my brother's pain for just a few moments?" She strokes a spot on Lilith's head unoccupied by eyes, and the spider chitters a little comforting croon to her, while handing her the cloth, hoping the gift might bring her friend's spirit up.
Another small sigh escapes the drowess, but she chitters her thanks, and moves to put the tablecloth away, busying herself with other such household organizing.
