Julius listen to what the notary says, then nods once.

" It is a good plan and if we work fast we will need no reinforcement.
However I always expect our opponents to do something unexpected- and this is where the backup comes in.
I want this to succeed, I want this chaotic scum face justice- and if not with plan A then with plan B. However this is your show... I am only here to offer my support."

The measure looks at the mover for a moment before finally speaking whats been on his mind.

"Forgive me sir, I know this is a sound plan but three houses isnt going to cut it...we may gleam some very useful information from this operation but we need to send them a very strong message, yes we hit three very valuable targets but the rest of the league gets away and digs in deeper and becomes even harder to find. I think the real size and threat of the league is being forgotten here, this isnt just a few conspirators this is a very volatile group with many hidden agents. This league is like a many headed hydra, if we cut three heads off at once, two heads grow back for each one, going after just three targets is a mistake, if we are going to do this we need to seize the opportunty while we have it to take back the hive while we are at it. If you want your three high value targets I personally suggest doing it while the main units are moving in, either that or let us move in with significant numbers to cover your retreat. A simple hit and run raid will solve nothing, we will simply be cutting off one or two of the hydras heads leaving room for more to grow back, yes we will gain more information on other members but then what? We seize a simple three more targets?. I will do as the mover collective asks of course, I'm just saying its best to liberate the sector in one swift stroke, not many tiny cuts".

ItÂ’s a long few minutes before Shamus responds

“So… if I understand this correctly… you’re suggesting a full out assault just as we’re completing our three strikes against the high profile targets.”

He pauses again before continuing.

“I see merit in that, I really do. It would severely cripple them and if we kept the pressure up, they would have little chance to regroup as we drove them deeper and deeper into the Hive.

HoweverÂ… something like that, of that magnitude, is going to take time. The logistics alone will take substantial planning. All this while keeping it secretÂ…

I’m fully supportive of such action but it would be certain that we would not be able to act immediately.”

"An operation of this size has of course the full support of the Triad's Factols, does it not?

Else it might look like the Harmonium tries to overstep its authority.. " He looks at each of the Hardheads, then continues, "... which of course is nonsense- the Harmonium would never try to risk the good relationship with the other members of the Triad.
The triad must move as one, speak with one voice in times like these. Everything else betrays the very ideals of order we represent in this town."

Shamus looks to Julius

"So... if we were to launch such a campaign... would the Mercykillers support it? Might as well ask that now before this goes further."

"I am a factotum.. I cannot speak for my factol. However I can see us supporting this campaign... but it also has to follow Sigil's laws.

If we start to spit on them... how can we demand others to follow them? To embrace order?"

Shamus silently awaited the decisions of his superiors. They are aware of his suggestions and those of Julius as well.

It was now up to them how to proceed.

"I will say it one last time, I think this small nick and cut raid is a waste with out immediate mobilization of larger units to clean up, give me two hours and i can muster up the bare minimum number of units designed for a sweep of the hive either right in the beginning or just after we hit our primary targets, give me six hours and I can have enough Harmonium mobilized to fill the hive with so much red the league will go color blind. I do understand however that because this meeting was even held there is now a risk of this operation leaking once certain people leave this room".

He looks at the Mover.

"Tell me where you want me sir and i will do my part, even though I think in the end we will simple have but a few grains of sand in our hand while the rest slip away".

Julius looks over at Cryptbane, unimpressed by the man's ranting.

"Repeating the same things over and over again do not make them sound smarter nor makes them true.

You are in Sigil. We have to by the rules. If not we will have face the consequences."

He pauses, then goes on: "However as I know no brave Harmonium officer would turn rogue or turn into a vigilant warlord I will assume that I misunderstood you.

I suggest that you use the time we.." he gestures to Shamus " ...spend on our raid to get the permission and clearance for bringing in more troops so that we waste no time. I am sure Justicar Charae.." he inclines his head at the Drow "... can gather enough Mercykillers to work with this forces... so you do not have to do this alone. We will not leave our allies in the Triad unsupported."

Mover Cass listens and watches the gathered group for several minutes before speaking

"Cryptbane, we aren't going for the overwhelming use of force. That only sparks more hostility...

Now Measure Chari, make sure the heads of the Triad get a copy of the minutes to keep for their own records. Only the heads, no one else. Also, check our holdings and see if their is a building that is not being used that we can use to as a base of operations that is not in the Lady's Ward.

Juilius and Charae, go get your teams prepped and ready. And what i mean is we want loyalty to this cause, no one with loose lips. Measure Cryptbane, we will need fifteen of your best men. Shamus I need you to head to the barracks and start pulling any and all equipment you think we are going to need" Mover Cass quickly writes down a permission slip and hands it to Shamus.

"I'm going to report to my superiors. Hopefully, we will move out before the end of the day. Everyone stay frosty and available. If possible, everyone stay in the room. Once I get the green light, we will move out immediately. One more thing. Before I get back, give me three targets. You all can debate which ones we act against. I want a group consensus by the time I get back. We will move against those as our first OP" He takes the minutes even while Chari is writing down the last notes, rolls them up and swiftly walks out.
