Garen would lean in so his head was between the two and speak quietly to the two administrators.

At this point, Mirandas thoughts have drifted away from the hall of speakers are are now filled with the sound and thoughts of a giggling child. Anyone who looks at her can clearly see she has checked out from the lunacy of the hall, at least for now, she will of course return to pay attention when the two factions give their closing statements.

There was a bit of commotion as random people just had to check under their seats for tomatoes. A single voice piped up -
"Where MY Tomato?!"
"Where MY Tomato?!"

Miranda sighs as she ducks the occasional air born fruit or vegetable.edmaster44,Jun 21 2016 wrote: "Over here!"*She throws a Tomato towards the voice*

Dace leans a little to the left, narrowly (but successfully) avoiding a flying vegetable. He glances over momentarily to ensure his Factol wasn't hit, then casts a somewhat more deadly look at a Namer as he's working his way down the SIGIS page.
"Put that away Namer, or that paper will replace your rations this month." He threatens, low enough to not disrupt the Hall (not that it wasn't far past the point of disruption!).

Morthos isn't sure whether to be amused or horrified at how the assemblage has descended into such madness. Perhaps he feels a bit of both. I mean, he expected that the Chaosmen would something chaotic! But still...this is too much. He leans over to Factol Terrance and asks in a loud voice (to be heard over the noise), "Is it usually this bad?!"

Rhistel turns to receive the documents from the Namer, offering him a thanks along with payment for the performed job. He would then start reading quietly through the pages, again as if people around him were not throwing fruit at eachother, with a small accommodating gesture at Miranda's words.
"I find the Xaos stance very interesting, in truth, if not unexpected. Which... Well, should be expectable, to some extents, shouldn't it?" He considers in a thoughtful tone as he goes through the document, almost as if he was talking to himself. One would almost say he is as serious as he seems...

There is relative quiet from where Tahir and the other scarce few ciphers are present, he quietly reads over a note he was passed before folding it away. He appears unconcerned with the sudden lobbing of fruit around the room, taking it really as par for the course.
He checks around for his own factol, Rhys but not fully expecting to see her, the ciphers had a habit of having just enough people present in the right way without anyone needing to be asked, or anything arranged.
Speaking quietly to Odette : Even the xaosmen see the need for balance here it seems, in their own way. Thankfully the others to speak are drawing the conversation away from who controls the Bazaar - a discussion for another day.
Looking around his own people he seems very unconcerned should any be reading from sigis, but is in no mood to do so himself.
