After having two days to recover from the ordeal, Argent begins work anew on his new research project. He had gathered one of the mirrored shards to study, noting it still contained magic.
Questions that was brought to mind, how was they linked to the portals , where did they come from, if it had other purposes then what was obvious. His first attempts in researching was seeking any libraries , the one he owned in various topics and the one on planes in reference to reflecting or mirror topics. He often has twisted thoughts when looking into mirrors himself, considering them to be mockeries of the true copy or alternate realities. Just through the looking glass.. .

Once he could correlate all the relevant information he could find in books, he sits down at his table in the heart of the ship, sinking into a meditative stance. He was going try something new, imagining he could get information directly from the shard. Even objects carried memories. He considered the possibility of the touch sensory, to read the shard, and kept a hold of it tightly as he stared intently.
wrote:((Im using Hypercognition)You make lightning-fast deductions based on only the slightest clue, pattern, or scrap of memory resident in your mind. You can make reasonable statements about a person, place, or object, seemingly from very little knowledge. However, your knowledge is in fact the result of a rigorously logical process that you force your mind to undertake, digging up and correlating every possible piece of knowledge bearing on the topic (possibly even extracting echoes of knowledge from the Astral Plane).

The knowledge you gain manifests as a +20 enhancement bonus to Lore skill.

Argent find the following information on mirror planes along with a spell that could allow him to step through a mirror into such a plane
wrote:Mirror planes - They are small planes that each connect to a group of mirrors that can be located in any other planes throughout the multiverse. A mirror plane takes the form of a long, winding corridor with the mirrors it attaches to hanging like windows along the walls. Mirror planes allow quick travel between the various mirrors that are linked to each, but each plane contains a mirror version of any traveler that enters it.
Hypercognition pulls echos from the astral telling of the past, He sees a frozen moment in the past a dark elf or fey woman mid swing upon one of the mirrors within the winding corridor. two broken mirrors left and right of her target leave roughly ten large shattered pieces upon the floor.

The Woman - An extremely beautiful elf like woman with dark skin, Raven black hair and red eyes. She is dressed revealing black and gold robes with the symbol of a raven upon the center piece.

The sword - Appears to be the sword currently being hunted by the Raven Queen within Sigil.

Mirror - Large enough for a large sized humanoids these mirrors hand upon the walls with a golden frame. a small piece of text is carved into the base of each (Need to know your languages for this).

Written Missive of Current theories , speculations and facts

Section one:
List of Planes Connected:
Karasuthra: Midnight plane of the Beast Lands. Unseelie Court? Shadow Fey?
Sub-Section:

Pazunia: Portal Entry to Anywhere. Lord of Abyssal Skies involved
Sub-Section:
Six Wings of Pazuzu

Darkon of the Dread Realm
Sub-Section:
Northern Domain of the Shadow Rift.

Darkonese: The language of Darkon is both complex and highly structured.
Many wizards have found that the precise definitions found in the language make for ideal magical writings.

Curse: Curse of the Land: This particular Domain rewrites memories of outsiders that stay more then their fair share. From my observations as a young mage in this demi-plane, the effects take from one month to several months before the victim has a full rewrite. In their mind, they lived in Darkon all their lives: Previous memories return shortly after leaving the domain.

Power Players:
Azlin Rex, Lich-King of Darkon: Secret power of the Throne, residing in castle Avenus.
Rumors: Incinerated entire cities in Darkon for fueling ritual spells, ones in particular to escape the Dread Realm.

Shadow Dragon in service of the lich: Only thing I know is it resides on Mount Nylid

Rumor of Artifact: A powerful soul splitting machine that takes an individual and makes a "good" and "evil" version. Employed for torture when combining the souls back together.
Possible Consequence: Far reaching machinations, that span in time. Liches are powerful,
and have a long time to plan. This "Soul Dominion" spell feels something of his ilk.

Lord Soth: Connection Bridge between Azlin Rex and the Prime of Krynn:

Section Two:
Dimensions:
Plane: Mirror planes - They are small planes that each connect to a group of mirrors that can be located in any other planes throughout the multiverse. A mirror plane takes the form of a long, winding corridor with the mirrors it attaches to hanging like windows along the walls. Mirror planes allow quick travel between the various mirrors that are linked to each, but each plane contains a mirror version of any traveler that enters it.

Creation of a Doppleganger that is inverse of the victim in all aspects.

Theory One: This Raven Queen is not the one that entered the Mirror Plane, but the one that left as the victor.

Theory Two: Shards was broken from the plane only for the intent purposes of combining multiple portals on one location for formation of an army. Shards was magically linked.

Theory Three: The shards act as lens filters. Travels are taken to the mirror plane first, with who knows what results, then what leaves is "stronger" then what entered.

Section Three:
Individuals
Raven Queen

Pale Prince

Captive Lover

Prisoner X

Section Four:
Laws of the Fey Courts
Seelie
Death before dishonor
Beauty is life
Never Forget a debt
Love Conquers all

Unseelie
Change is good
Glamour is Free,
Honor is a life
Passion before duty

Section Five:
Mission Plans:
Collecting information:
Breakdown:
Sensate recording from each Mirror Shard
(One Sensory stone has been done of the collected memories in order).
Investigation of each plane connected
Time Snaps for history collection
Releasing the dominated Fey from Soul Dominion. Fall Court have been made as captives.

Agendas and Resolutions:
: Security measures of those involved
: Unite the Pale Prince with the lost lover :Speculation: In the Shadow Rift
: Redeem the Raven Queen if possible, find her motivation, if even the Real One

((Argent will show this to pcs one at a time and add in collected information))

Tess has managed to keep her nose out of it, but when a plan has been formulated, she offers to help however she can; clearly grateful for the break.

After gathering all the Mirror Shards together , Argent had taken a memory impression of all the frozen echos and placed them in order on a recorded Sensate Stone.

Perhaps its available or at least those witness know of the stone or further more what Aleis and Trissa had done with it.

Further more, Argent begins collecting materials for the Mirror spell and testing the grounds in how it works, spending long hours working in front of a mirror and deliberating a plan of action. How it could be used and implications.

Around early-morning to midday Aleis could be seen walking down the streets of the Lady's Ward while wearing a bright and colorful outfit which was a notable step above her already fanciful day-to-day attire. She kept to herself and wouldn't be stopped or bothered by anyone as she headed in the direction of the nearest known portal to the Beastlands.

The portal opened as she approached the relevant area with the key in her possession and the verdant fey stepped through into Karasuthra, leaving the city behind. Now free to make use of planar travel, she retrieved a scroll from her pouch and activated a Plane Shift to take her to the Spring Court.

(( I will not be playing Aleis until this is concluded. If anyone has some business with her they will either have to wait or pester Trissa about it. ))

(( should have posted sooner... my apologies.. ))

We can make you whole, child of shadows...

The words of the shadow court messenger echoed those of the fey guarding the portal on Krynn. For the most part, the warlock had dismissed it as taunts to throw him off, meaningless jabs to distract him from the matter at hand.

Midway into the week since being summoned, it was certainly working.

Sasha and Dace had met with Tess and Argent to discuss the so called Shadow Court's involvement, and the implications of their offer. The talks hardly helped the Mercykiller regain his focus, though they did bring to light certain possibilities he hadn't considered. Possibilities that could both deny the Raven Queen their support, as well as get him some long sought after answers...

Before any of that, however, they needed to validate the claims. First step; the horrifying prospect of Argent teaching him a ritual. He didn't expect anything to go wrong per say... just that he'd probably need to take a few days out to even begin understanding anything coming out of the barmy signer....

Option two - well, step two really- somehow managed to be even more disconcerting.

Yeah... nothing could POSSIBLY go wrong with this.... He thought, as he picked up a cold iron knife and moved his other palm over the glass jar before him...
