Having been falsely accused of treason, unjustly arrested and nearly executed, Aleis took some time to return home and locate the seer staying with her and Trissa.

Hoping to ease the elder fey's boredom a bit, she invited the Seer to join her for an evening at the Festhall to sample some exotic wines, appreciate the arts, view sensory stones, and talk about the most recent attack in detail over some nice food in her office.

(( This is a somewhat silly and superfluous post, but the Seer did say that she was super bored... ^^;; ))

This wasn't going anywhere, and wouldn't until Vexen was either killed, captured or somehow got her head on right.

He frowned. The stones... they managed to corrupt everyone who had them, but could be purified in that well.

So if the shadow stones twist everyone else...

He sighed and stabbed the blade into the table. Having to meet with Odette again was going to be trying, given the last encounter, but it's hardly like there were many options at this point.

After a recent outing to Mechanus and a cold, frozen realm he knew nothing about, a certain Doomguard made it his spare time task to track down the companions he accompanied. In particular, he looking for the kind fae by the name of Aleis, bringing a box of cookies as promised, and pledging his willingness to see help this matter through... even if it meant crossing paths with a few individuals he was not entirely friendly with.

[Silvanesti takes a pause from some his other cases after the recent incident with the trapped house that cost the lives of several innocents, ruffling the feathers of a few allies and nearly going head to head with Harmonoium over their heavy handedness. After supplying what few bits research he could get off the notes from the Frost Palace he had taken to Aleis, he turned his attention to elsewhere.

He was more interested in getting to the root of the problem then extending a silent war that was escalating and the key core to it all was the Raven Queen.

Her ties with the shadow fey and the fey in general made things tricky, but he had idea where to start looking.

First stop was the Signpost in the Beastlands. Particular all stop run by the Signers that done various experiments and collected information. While Krigalla was plane of light, then perhaps somebody had seen something or had information thats been traded to the library. Signpost was known being a gateway for planewalkers to the various Beastlands. Other inquiries been about Karasuthra of any activity he imagine be suspicious.

The second was attempts to find a contact in the Shadow Plane that was more then willing to have their palms greased in either trade for other interesting information or valuable goods. Some may say he been offering materials and gems that be hard pressed to find. Rogue stones, blue diamonds and kings tears for the right info. [/i]

Morthos entered the portal to the Plane of Shadow. He was seen speaking to various individuals, offering souls in exchange for information (as was his wont). To those who could lead him to Vexen, he offered a greater soul of high value; so was the word the Cambion quietly spread.

A few soul gems here and there would gather him info on her current location within Karasuthra. Although he is also warned that the Dark Angel of the Four Winds has servants wherever the Raven fly's.

Morthos sent off the greater soul gem, as promised, to the source who revealed Vexen's location. Besides the greater soul gem, there was also an empty soul gem. A note contained the following warning, "Forget my name."

He then prepared to head to Karasuthra. He needed to speak to the Namer Iym'zebey. Mayhap he would seek out the Gray Vizier as well. 'Twas a thought...

The Cambion smiled cruelly. He had survived the Hunters of the Raven Queen. He had gathered Allies. What would be, will be. But it is time to end this...

The siege of the fey was quick and a great many lay wounded or dead, The Citizens that manages to escape the battle seem to have the Harmonium, Mercykillers and planeswalkers to thank. Their quick reaction allowed for a quick evacuation and ensured the fey threat didn't spread outside the Bazaar. Somehow it seems the fey knew the exact day the Harmonium would finally withdraw and took it as a sign of weakness, Thanks to the city's powerful planeswalkers however this had proven to not be enough of an advantage.

It is said the first of the fey's generals Tyran meet his end this day by the hands of the planeswalkers. While his mistress received the full wraith of the lady, In her failed attempt to claim the city. Khalak Ba escape justice this day however passing on a warning that it was not the end of the Raven Queen. Most ignored this threat for no one could survive the Lady's wraith in Sigil, However only time will tell if it in fact holds any truth.

For now people turn their attention to what remains of the Bazaar, rubble and snow seem to cover a majority of it. With make shift barricades, frozen water, countless dead and a soft snow storm to show just how much happened here today. The Indeps will have much work to do in coming weeks if it is to be restored.
