The Chant
Chant is some three berks went into a house in Undersigil's little Tharizdun village. Sounds of shouting occured and the three left all in one piece.
The Dark
If ye go find said house, it's emtpy, except for riffled through belongings, a desecrated altar, and blood smears on the ground.

The Chant
The Ropper Room Gang have been snapping up some of the more skilled and shadowy alchemists in Hive.
The Dark
After their hub was blown up, the gang output has fallen. they need to recover their loses and quick. Absorbing local gang and thugs won't fill that hole. they need gold.
The Darkest Dark
Some have speculated that since they need the gold and with their recent recruiting efforts, they are either opening up a new hub or are prepping a new drug. A new drug would be profitable and some are betting that it's a new crush.

Supplicants from the Temple of the Abyss have been spreading rumors in the seedier areas of the city. There's some new demon that's gotten a seat at the table and looking to really shake things up. They need help and are looking for assistants. Anything with leathery wings or horns, be it Devil or Demon (this new person isn't all that concerned with the blood war) is being given a subtle nudge towards the temple if they get spotted. Positions might be made available to mortals with what those from the upper planes would describe as 'low moral character.'

Loud sounds echo and screech throughout lyra's tower, chant has it that the place is completely trashed, Several alchemy books, were splayed out around the floor, splinters covering the walls and ground, broken glass, items off the shelves tossed about and broken around the store

The entire library of books seem to be missing as well, the halfling no where to be found

THE CHANT
The First Market of the Pivot, 134Ha
Chant has it, extraordinarily fast that some red skinned ringwalker got his essence and flesh flayed away by Her Serenity right outside of Dion's. Folks cowered and feared and ran away. All while a particular blue lass was brave, or perhaps stupid, in not taking the cover and talking away, as if invite more wrath. Yet the appearance of the Lady of Pain remained the only one of the cycle, thankfully. Folks around asking or speaking about the tragic although deserved flaying refuse to mention the Lady of Pain by any names for the few coming cycles. The Dabus, distraught families and the Dustmen all start cleaning up the unfortunate innocent blood spatters of other cutters who had gotten in the Lady's shadow's way as she traversed the ring to flay the idiotic bad mouther.The First Market of the Pivot, 134Ha

A interesting drink named Potential hits the streets but its nicknamed and sold as Sweet Zizurp.
It's sold by a gang named Shower Posse, so one must venture deep into the Hive and have the right connections to get your hands on some, namely someone that can approach the Shower Posse without being filled with arrows. Humans, archers it's whispered, are selective in it's clientele. However, word on the street is that it's sweetness is only matched by the awesomeness it makes you once you drink it.

THE CHANTThe House of Healing, ever the magnet for both wonderful and horrible things, was struck again. Chant goes around some berk raised hell with frost and fire. No one expected many survivors once the building started to burn. The building however is still intact, but operations have shut down for the time being.
THE DARK
Said berk was previously emitted as a patient a week or so prior! Though he was quickly transported out of the building prior too... What happened to make him come back?
THE DARKEST DARK
Only those who were there at this cycle's scene knew the poor sod had some sort of psionic parasite attached to him. Efforts were on going to purge the man of the monstrosity.

THE CHANTThe Masquerade of Power and Desire seems to have been a hit! Many of the rich and poor murmur of the passion and pleasure the party brought, from beautiful Baatezu Entertainment to a rousing auction. Rumor was a Dabus even killed a fellow bidder who got to big for his breeches...

Many people wandered out drunker than a Hiver begger with a huge tab. From guards to the rich. Some folks even disappeared. And even the hostess was promoted to a factotum in her faction!

THE CHANT
In the Astral Plane, a lifeboat containing four survivors of a shipwreck was recovered not far from the Dead God Rock. The chant has it that the merchant vessel, The Marlion was caught in a gravity storm and smashed into a large asteroid. A search for other survivors is currently underway.
THE DARK CHANT
The survivors of the shipwreck were taken into custody by the Rock's mercenary militia, The Reapers, for questioning, but have yet to be released to their families. Disturbingly, one of the reapers let slip that The Marlion had encountered an illithid vessel.

An illithid ship attacked the town of Dead God Rock, stealing an obelisk from the Divinity Leech that was charged with divine energy.
Two githyanki vessels appeared shortly after the assault began and engaged the illithid vessel until ultimately destroying it and, as a result, the obelisk inside.
News of the destruction of the harvested divine energy upset those that worked within the Divinity Leech. The small local population, however, was quite relieved, many of their families and friends having left the Rock due to the activities inside the Leech and its siphoning residual divine energy.
Who would have thought that the locals of the Rock would ever be thankful for the githyanki?

A large group of planeswalkers responded to the attack and managed to push the illithid out of the rock. Even though rumors suggest the githyanki were the ones to destroy the ship, others more informed know that it was the planeswalkers.
Those that were captured by the illithid and released have spoken little of their experience, hoping their silence will keep the masters of the Leech from identifying and seeking retribution against their saviors.
