Obviously a Guvner drawing attention to himself in front of a crowd of Xaos armed with tomatoes is placing himself at risk and Xander is met with a barrage of fruit that splatters over and around him. The Girthyanki allows himself a wry smile and stands up again.
"Be seated!"
It takes roughly a few minutes and a few of the more unruly members of the crowd are escorted out, but eventually order is restored. The speaker coughs and continues his voice carrying in the now silent hall.
"Do any of the remaining factions wish to make a statement?"

When Quinn made his way down Mauric dipped his head in a respectful manner to the Sensate Factor with his hand half-closed rised in level with his throat Before he clapped his own pauldroun in a applause.
As the Xaos Vicky preformed her stunt he cheered wildly albeit still melodious and incitingly deadened by his by his mask. Rising a clencehd fist and pumping it encouragingly and his cheering wexed and waned as it sank and rose.

Morthos looks over at Factol Terrance and receives a slight nod in return. He stands up and waits for the noise to die down. When it does, he stamps his foot down loudly, pulling all eyes to him!
"Members of the Factions...this has been quite the display. Fruit being thrown..." He pauses and takes a bite out of an unbruised tomato. "Accusations on both sides. Discussions on who is responsible for the market..."
He swallows the bite of tomato and throws the fruit away.
"It's been rather an absurd session so far. The question I would ask is, why is no one suggesting we censure both the Harmonium AND the Doomguard? Even if the Doomguard did do what the Harmonium suggests, should not the Harmonium been preventing anyone else from organizing the malcontented elements in Undersigil into some sort of armed mob? Even if the Harmonium did what the Doomguard suggested, should not the Doomguard have sent all the required permits and documentation required to show their presence there was allowed? No matter which faction was more 'in the right' here, both failed in their duty to prevent conflict between them!"
"As we know, the Harmonium's brand of 'harmony' is frequently violent and disruptive towards many other Factions. The Doomguard's more...ardent elements are well-known to cause trouble when their more 'moderate' Factors cannot control them. The situation likely was aggravated by both parties involved. The reality is, it spun out of control. And should not BOTH be punished for that?!"
Morthos sits down, a smirk on his face.

Factol Montgomery calls out from her seat, surrounded by her fellow Sensates, loud enough for the whole Hall to hear clearly.
"Is it possible to abstain from a vote?"

The Speaker whirls around towards the Sensate benches clearly intent on giving whoever shouts out a piece of his mind. Then he sees the source of his ire is Factol Montgomery and he quickly arranges his expression into a polite smile.
"It is of course acceptable to abstain Factol."

Still holding the cloth in hand to remove what veggie matter managed to make it to his person before and muttering something about "utter incompetence" or "blatant conspiracy" or both, he took in the words of others as he glanced about the hall.
Eyes then shifting to Garen as he leaned in between himself and Deltana. Nodding to his words and adding quiet dialogue of his own towards the Judge.

Odette's patience was slowly, but surely, drawing thin by this point. Though she had no qualms with the chaotic nature of the meet as a whole, the huntress proved to be a woman of action and, presently, there were very few steps being taken toward end goal. Evidently, Vale's own barked cry for peace as 'dishonorably discharged', only seemed to draw from she an exasperated note amidst tempered peace. Too many voices attempting to bring order was, in itself, chaos.Flicking a stray piece of mulched tomato from her shoulder in calm nonchalance, emerald hues were directed toward fellow Namer, Tahir.
"I'm goin' to be old, grey and buried under a sea of vegetables by th'time this is over..." she murmured, evidently growing somewhat restless having been seated for so long. Ever alert to an extent that bordered on the predatory, attention continued to shift from one person to the next; sifting through the din of four walls with sharply honed focus. In the direction of Sensates, smile was offered.
