"There is nothing to fear by destuctive chaos. The loss of life and material will be a part of these events no matter how you choose to ordain it."

"Give the reins to whom wish to organize it and if the situation becomes uncontrollable let them bear the blame and the punishment themselves. A poorly planned feastive event dosen't bar a well planned. The Xaos shouldn't be stopped from hosting impulsive gatherings of this kind due to regulations of time."

"Spontaneous festivities and events will lead to other problems- for example supplies might hard to get, people might simply not be able to attend because they have duties elsewhere or simply do not hear the news in time.

Without planning the effect of the celebrations will be greatly reduced I fear- but of course this could be compensated by just increasing the frequency of said events."

Garen adds

"They needn't be week long affairs. The odd 2 day festivity might be all one needs to let their hair down now and then"

"Spontaneous street parties are wonderful. I have no objections to the Xaos organizing them. They are also not what I was talking about. Proper festivals and carnivals, even short ones, do require planning, and even then they are very chaotic.

"I would also like to point out that despite Judge Seph's enthusiasm for giving this task to the Xaos, Choit hasn't said a word as to whether its even something they'd be interested in."

As the debate continues, Garen is approached by a visitor and something is spoken to him in low tones. He then pauses, sighs slightly and then nods once.

"It seems we have visitors to entertain us... perhaps it's a good time to take a break. We'll continue in a half hour...

Assuming there's anything left of the place.

The last sentence is spoken under his breath as he moves towards the wine decanters

The factotum of Fated looked around once, to see what other representatives decided to do with this pause in negotiations. She regarded bulky drow nearby once, icy stare unlike uncaring composure of Sally or cheerful madness of Sill nor Sall's sinful challenge.

Choit had appeared to be mighty content letting them speculate about the future of Xaositects without intervention, doodling into the top paper of her still thick pile of parchments. Occasionally showing rude and lewd pictures she had made to random members of the summit. Even a calendar when the Xaositects ability to organize things was put into scrutiny, likely done so for a good reason too.

Once the guests are announced and allowed in, oh how does Choits attitude change. "They're here!" she announces before the revelation is made to others that she's behind the said "scheduled" summit intermission is on the way. And when she does say that a ragtag group of six other Xaositects enter the room, all of them wearing what seems to have been once a formal outfit, except flushed colors, holes in the fabrics and stains. They didn't come empty handed either. On each of their hands were their chosen instruments of pandemonium. In that group there was two human males one with two horns and the other with two wooden sticks usually used on drums which he didn't have, one orcish female holding a book, a goblin with small bag, a very puzzled looking half-elf whom says in a low tone awkwardly "I'm not sure what's going on... I was just passing by..." and lastly a towering ogre with a tray filled with refreshments to all whom dare to take from them.

In one voice all of them, including Choit, excluding the puzzled innocent half-elf whom was drawn into this madness, state "INTERMISSION!" Choit flashing one of the parchments she had been doodled which had the very word in a colorful demonstration. The human Xaositects started to play a tune with their instruments. First of them playing in a relative beat on the two different horns, the latter drumming on the summit desk, bottles, unattended items and fellow Xaositects for wider variety of sounds. The orcish female joins to perform a song... it is worth noting that she is singing in orcish, looking at the words from her book... flipping pages constantly, and she's not very good.

Grak-u'lah!
Gringakka brertkaha du.
Trarnk droo!

Grak-u'lah!
Kruintor - prioontok!
Xarak brotoc kna.

While the... band keeps playing their song, which is much longer than is presented there, unfortunately, the rest of the Xaositects aren't joining to the song. Oh no. The ogre moves from side to side, skipping people here, and going to different people to offer the refreshments from the large tray. There are many different bottles with varied colored brews within which each are without label, in terms of snacks there seems to be many of their own recipes. All of which are suspect, but there are things which resemble cookies, brownies, buns and sandwiches.

Less noticeable is the goblin traveling entirely by hugging the ogres feet, and when given a chance as he is concealed by the large tray above him and the music, attempt to put very small rocks, yet uncomfortable when stood upon, into everyones shoes/boots. Meanwhile the half-elf whom has been taken into all of this is just as puzzled as everyone else, uncertain if he should clap to the beat of music, but best described his expression is "WTF is going on?!".

Choit herself takes this opportunity, filling her pockets with crumpled paper balls and gets up to the table and perform a dance, her feet pounding against the desk to the beat of music. During the dance she throws around the paperballs, ideally toward anyone and anything, but also just generally to the air. They came in a multitude of colors and some had different scents. Within these paper pieces were a multitude of things. She quotes some laws and legislations, some crude lewd pictures, borderline offensive remarks, even one caricature picture of Ra'zeth she had enough time to make with a quote mark "Enuff!", there's also great lifes wisdoms in there and food tips, and occasional unuseful facts such as "Giant Damselfish gets its name for having a specially modified dorsal fin which resembles a humanlike female".

Choit also is quite willing to take refreshments. After the song is over they all start to head toward the window from which Choit had entered and use the climbing gear there to leave as if it was natural. All except Choit whom took a seat once more, the ogre whom couldn't fit out that way and left... goblin still hugging the leg, its chosen transportation method, and the half-elf uncertain what to think of all this. *cough* "So I um..." realizing there really was no point to explain and just indicated at the doorway awkwardly and left.

The Xaositect representative appears quite content "Just as planned! I think that speaks volumes of our organizing talents!" sure she said it with a positive twist, but...

She is already making notes while muttering intentionally out loud "Schedual festivals for the Sigil... check." then addressed them properly with a sheepish grin "So! What's next on our agenda?"

((At any moment, anyone can do whatever they please with the Xaos, I'm just taking liberty to assume what happens if uninterrupted to keep things moving and can certainly modify the storytelling to adjust to anyones reactions!))

Sasha goes to get herself more snacks and a drink, catching and throwing back the occasional paper ball. She then wanders over to Garen, and comments in a low voice mid-song, "Just think, this could happen all the time with Xaos in charge of city festivities. . . "

Garen would take a drink and slightly turn to watch the show

"Inconvenient chaos, Sasha... Inconvenient chaos. If everything was always orderly... You'd have the full support of the fraternity. However, we must take care not to exclude even the xaos. By her serenities decree... Fifteen. If we all must share this city, we must all participate. A street party affects a small location, a festival reaches us all. It needn't be every festival... Just one or two. Think of it as something to experience... "

he then turns back to the show and takes a drink.

"There isn't enough wine in the multiverse..."

he then just watched

"I never said there was a problem with one Xaos festival, just giving them control of them all. I look forward to seeing you there participating every year, should such a thing happen."

Sasha grinned, then giggled.

"Hopefully not pretending to be such a martyr. . ."

Then she claimed a glass of wine before the Guvners drank it all, and wandered off to bug someone else. When the entertainment was over, she returned to her seat.
