"We have no time so keep whatever game you use simple.
However... what I meant with my last question is:
Why did Noshteroth get you in this trouble at all? Why did he send his little assassin to kill the Mover? To trigger this crisis? To help you escape Hardhead custody? Most important what does he gain from it?
Food for thought and something we should ponder over before planning our next step.
His motivations are still unclear- and in his case I doubt it is mere bloodlust and causing chaos randomly. He has people for this work."

"They had no case against't me. The assassin murdered the mover with my own confiscated weapon before my very eyes. What happend next is that your fellow hardheads attempted to murder me when he saw the body before him little did he cared for me being unarmed."
"He could have been hired, have made a few unfriendly relations in the past. Of course a faction member could be behind it too. Anarchist, Harmonium, Doomguard any really that want to see this conflict escalate and surely the temple is amongst those that do."
"You need more evidence than my thesis I think, sadly it is all I have for now. If you would allow me into the Abyssal Temple I can get it for you."

"What you said helped us already. So it is as I thought..... someone tried to play us against each other, using faction rivalries to... hm."
Looks at Charae, shakes his head. " He is far from innocent and enjoyed playing this game I think... but so did we. We too jumped at the opportunity to hunt, to oppose other factions. We were all played."

"This still doesn't tell us why both factions were to pitied against each other." Chari adds in.

"Exactly.", he nods to Chari.
"We should ask Noshteroth as soon as we have him."
Looks at both women as he goes on.
"Do we trust... err.. do we think Mauric will be relisable enough to let him do this without a Geas? I prefer him to be not under any enchantment for the simple reason that it might be detected."
Turns his attention to Mauric.
"We will scry on you so we can strike as soon as Nosh is in position."

"Again you prove the wiser of us. That's exactly how it was. Your men attacked and there was little else I could do." Maintaining his smile he looked at charae.
He turned to Hal. "You seriously believe you can scry into the temple? You underestimate them severly. They will detect it and counter scry you, foiling your plan and most assuredly release a horror that will ravage through your very being and tear it asunder. Cheap tricks won't cut it here. We must use guile and the slightest glimmer of it and I'll be dead, wouldn't expect you to live long after that either. Cever the outer walls but do not attempt to peer into it."
"You trust me as much as I trust you. But I can give you something you need in exchanged for something I need. Did I use to look like a hive rat?" He extended his arms to his sides. "Do you think I want to spend the rest of my years in hiding now that this opportunity came? Would you attempt to flee were you me?"
His eys darted between the trio. "What of you three do you trust eachother? No you don't. You accept the differences between you because it is convenient to do so. Don't see this any diffrently."

Chari bites back a response and she looks around to the others after his speech.

"Very moving.", he comments Mauric speech, then turns to the women.
"So we agree? No geas? If we forgo scrying we need another way for Mautic to contact us immeditely. If we agree I will prepare a stone of sending he can trigger discreetly."
