As the group enter the room and spread out and the haplessly lost Half Elf catches her eye Emila glances at him and the vampire puts the full force of her will behind her statement.
"Go away, or I am going to eat you."
She watches as the man shuffles further away and goes back to "enduring" the music.

Maelfina seems to rather enjoy the diversion, clapping at odd moments in a discordant fashion to mess with the musicians. She makes sure to toss the confused half-elf a few gold pieces when he seems likely to be alert enough to catch them, and takes a well-aimed potshot at the rock-goblin with a sizable ruby.

The warlock gestured quite strongly that he wasn't interested in any of the refreshments with a sweaping hand movment and disdainful glared at the serving oger.
He listened however. Even if he poised himself as this was a utter waste of time. Disharmonious music was something he enjoyed. Speaking only loud enough to be heard by the two nearest to him. Looking as he made some spiteful comment by his expression.
"They lack a piper."

Charae tolerated the intermission as best as one could given the circumstances. She frowned as she pulled out a paper ball that had landed in her wine and removed a stone that the goblin had slipped into her boot.
When the Chaosmen at last left, the dark elf looked relieved and moved back to her chair. She swept the seat clean of paper and Lady knows what else was thrown around before taking her seat. She leaned to Kierisen and whispered something about she may be putting in for a long vacation by the time the summit was over.

When the intermission finally cleared out, Garen would take his seat once again. When all were seated, he would continue.
“I’ll put the proposal forward for more festivals with the suggestion of one being timed by the Xaos, to hopefully satisfy both the Xaos and the Sensates and we shall see what the council thinks.
Now... one of our Godsmen delegates, Factor Ta’kan, had put forth the idea that we put more effort into helping those who live in the Hive. I’ll hand this over to her so that she can better explain and, perhaps, give some input on what she sees as solutions. Factor…”

Kala raised and spoke.
- I know a lot of you, of us, see the Hive as either a playground She looked in the Dustmen and the Doomguard direction. Or a lost cause She then looked at the Guvners and the Mercykillers. While we are fighting we forgot about something more important : Sigil's people. As you all know the hive was stuck very hard by the invasion, more than any place in this city leaving it even more scared than it already was. I know some people have made efforts to help the Hivers, including members of the Triad, but these where isolated initiatives and they aren't solving more persistent issues. There are ruined homes, people in dismay, crime is raising and a general distrust in the factions, and you know what it means in the long run and who benefits from it...
I think we should try to use the city funds to take care of the hive, with a clear plan to avoid wastes and unsavory people profiting from it. Factional buildings are thier faction's responsibilities, but there are a few places that could use some repairs and more importantly we have to show the Hivers that the factions, the government actually care to give them a hand after all what happened. Of course, we are going to need some money, but we can raise some taxes on luxury goods or even organize events to fund it.

Emila stands up.
"I must say I agree, both that the Hive is a problem that needs to be fixed and that we will need more than money to do it. The problem I must say begins with The Triad there. I think even the Harmonium will tell you that they are fighting a losing battle there and large portions of the Ward remain outside of their control. The people there do not trust them, and they never will. I am not here to simply lambaste the Harmonium's efforts that won't solve the problem."
She clears her throat
"So if you hear me out I believe I have a solution. My own Faction has been in The Hive for a long time, little happens there that does not escape the eyes of our collectors, and nothing hides from us in the shadows, because we usually are the shadows. The same can be said of The Bleak Cabal who have long made their home there too, and The Doomguard have long ties to The Ward as well. I would like to invite them to join us in this if they are willing. What I would like to suggest is this, allow the day to day up keep of The Hive to pass to a different Triad one better suited to take responsibility for it. I do not wish to circumvent the law anyone detained would still be sent to The Fraternity for trial and after that The Mercykillers for punishment, Harmonium officers following investigations from other Wards would of course still have access and Mercykillers chasing fugitives would have the same tools at their disposal in The hive as anywhere else, but let the upkeep the day to day security pass to those better able and better inclined to do it."
Her hand played she sits back down.
