While Shiekh Zaher's taste in dresses is not well documented, the records and Rabbit's sleuthing in Baha might answer some of the group's other questions.
In terms of personal habits, Shiekh Zaher is a well-known aficionado of hawking, and has many magnificent hunting birds imported from a wide variety of locales (Prime and Planar alike). While not known as a skilled magician himself (beyond the natural abilities of djinn), he is an avid fan of skilled illusionists and frequently puts on magical festivals to attract as many illusionists, mortal and otherwise, to perform for his favor.
Shiekh Zaher is on good terms with his Caliph, the venerable Amin Ibn-Koprulu, having served as one of the latter's Sheriffs before being promoted to his current position. Zaher also has a large extended family, and can count on the particular support of his twin brothers Abdul and Muamar, both Shiekhs of nearby (in relative terms) freeholds.
He maintains a friendly, but intense rivalry with Shiekh Farhan of the closest freehold to Baha, the freehold of Zufrim...but the nature of djinn rivalries is that of boasting, sharp witticisms and competition, rarely one of true back-biting or sabotage.
There is, however, a long-standing enmity between the Shiekh and a Dao Atamen, Bauryzan. The source of this enmity (which seems stronger than the general hatred between the two branches of genie-kind) remains dark, unless some creative sleuthing is undertaken to uncover it.

Lynx gets in touch with some of his "associates" in hopes of filling a few gaps the team's skill set. After scouting some talent and gauging interest, he decides to take a trip to the city of Baha proper for a little experimentation.
He dons his Valentine get-up and makes for the portal. Once there he first finds a quiet alleyway where he spends a few minutes experimenting with a few stones and small pouches of sand. He tosses them various distances and observes to see if he should expect throw weapons like knives and fine powders to behave abnormally in the Plane of Air.
If he'd not run into any difficulties in doing that, he would then decide to make a visit to the palace. Casting invisibility upon himself he sets off with the intent of finding if the guards have any means of seeing through magical invisibility or illusions. He doesn't push his luck, but paces a good twenty-five feet or so from the guards at the gate, watching to see if he draws their gaze or garners their attention.
/// Vetch has actually been scouting recruits in game, I figured I should probably check to see if it's alright to add more to the roster. As it stands, the party wouldn't be more than five or six people with the new members, should they accept.

Cenpuppie - It would seem that there are literally thousands of Dao with the given name 'Bauryzan', as it is a fairly common name among their people. So the hall of records would be of limited use in this endeavor.
MadJackValance - Throwing objects would be a mixed bag: sometimes it would be quite easy and the thrown object would sail straight and true until it is lost to sight far in the distance...other times the varied wind currents of the plane would blow the object slightly or radically off course.
After some practice, he'd find that he can (as long as he pays attention to nearby air currents) throw solid objects reliably at a range of 10 feet. Beyond that, and the odds of it going where he wants them to go (without magical assistance) drop dramatically. As for fine powders...they are much more subject to the plane's natural currents. With the right current, they could travel far greater distances than normally possible, and effect targets in a much more dispersed area.
The guards at the Shiekh's palace are quite clearly able to see through basic invisibility. Given that all varieties of genies, even the lesser Jann and Khayal, are capable of casting invisibility spells, this hardly seems unexpected.

Rabbit stops by the Jug and leaves a note regarding the group to meet up and discuss final touches etc.
\\As for times to discuss in game, I'd say i'm pretty solid to be on around 4-5ish est. most days.
