Hograth was coming early, setting up some refreshments and searching the room for unwelcome surprises.
Then he sits down, pours himself some wine and waits.

Charae arrived at the designated meeting area, two Namers beside her. With a gesture, she ordered her men to guard the steps and ensure no one interrupted the meeting.
"Hello Hograth." the dark elf greeted the tall orcish man as she entered the room. Charae padded across the floor and settled her hands on the back of her chair, occasionally glancing at the door as she waited for the others to arrive.

"Greetings Charae."
Hograth greets the drow with a smile and fills a glass for her, shoving it an a folder similar to the one he left for Caterina the other day into her direction.
"Please take a seat. The folder contains the results of my surveillance mission as well as some cyphers I want you to know in case I need to send you a message through runners. I don't want to take the risk of unencrypted documents falling into Anarchist hands."

Charae nodded, accepting the drink from the tall orcish man before taking her seat and reviewing his report. The dark elf sipped the small glass of wine, scanning through the documents for anything of interest.
"I'll be sure to memorize these cyphers," she said. "My Namers are ready to begin once the others have also revealed their findings."

Caterina arrives presumably having come from the city court given how she is dressed. She nods a greeting to everyone and pours herself some wine.
"From what I have seen the two we are after leave just after nightfall and do not return until dawn. I believe this is our window of opportunity. We can pick the two of them up when they leave the house and they are alone. They are not expected back until dawn so they will not be missed, this gives us time to get them to the prison and secure them.
Then once our primary objective is acheived we can turn our attention to the house from what I have scried they have some kind of forgery ring going on in the basement I would like to discover what they are making and for whom, but they are our priority.
Suggestions?"

Caterina sips her wine and considers
"A silence spell? If we target the area there in then that would work equally well from as scroll, our own spell caster would be able to stand outside of it and cast into the area. I suggest we wait for them cloaked in invisibility. I will use a bigby spell to disable the one while we still have the element of surprise and the rest of you can take care of the other.
I had hoped to be able to avoid going in person but I suppose some arcane magic gives us an edge."
