The elf would once more return to her abode to learn and converse with her. His practice with her furthering his learning of the language. It also did him good he felt to spend time with her.

If she had anymore household organizations he would help her with such. Otherwise he would keep her company in these difficult times.

A short while after afterpeak, near the hour agreed with Isonade, the slight and quiet form of a young elf girl in greenleaf leathers makes her way to a rocky hillock in Karasuthra.

Pushing bushes aside, she waves her hands abit, scrapes her nails also at the rock, even moves her lips silently at the stone face where she knows now the entrance to be.. Lyra is blue...open!...clicks her tongue softly, waiting for the runes to recognise her.

As soon as Lyra's hand brushed the now exposed runes, a telling sea blue glow would grow, and the portal would open with its usual silence. The faint sounds of plates being placed on a table rise up to meet her as she'd enter.

Once she'd descend the stairs, She'd see Isonade come out with a tray of tea cups, dressed in what looked to be a slightly frayed, old robe of Darremar's, though the trimming had been changed from red to a pale blue. Isonade smiles and greets Lyra warmly, gesturing for the paler elf to take a seat. The fare looked to be a mushroom and vegetable stew, rich and dark with thick crusty bread to sop up the dregs.

As they dig into the meal, there would be little noise save the faint sound of water flowing in the background. The loom and Lilith's passage were silent, as far as could be told. Isonade would take note of Lyra's appearance (be it paler or more healthful than before), a bit of concern showing in her eyes, but she does not ask after Lyra's health again. Instead, she asks which branch of Drow Lyra would like to learn first - spoken, or the signed.

Contrary to the last time she was in the cave, Lyra, though still paler than normal, seems in good spirits and health. She dives into the stew eagerly, apparently rather hungry, enjoying it all to the last dregs. During the meal, Lyra continues to observe and study all the little things about the cave, those she has already seen from the last visit in more detail, a slight flick of ear denoting she picks up the curious sounds of the spider and loom as well as the water flow.

To Isonade's look of concern, Lyra would give a faint grin in response, but again a slight hesitation as if she intends to communicate something, only to draw back at the last, side tracking and avoiding again by looking about the room.

To Isonade's question Lyra would make hand gesture of her own, a movement of fingers and positioning her hand to suggest 'signed' as being her choice for the lesson.

Isonade clears away the dishes and such as they finish, and brings Lyra to sit on one of the couches in the living space, the couch tilted at an angle to somewhat face the dining area. Understanding Lyra's motions to mean the hand code, she begins by telling Lyra to watch her carefully.

Isonade forms each sign slowly, and translates them precisely, giving Lyra an oppurtunity to copy her after each new sign demonstrated. She corrects Lyra's hand positions when needed. They practice one sign until Lyra does it correctly before moving on to others.

The cave appears like so:

// obviously, the couch etc. is slightly tucked under the ledge, and there is lighting all around the ceiling edges..this is a rough sketch, so allow a bit of wiggle room :) //
