((After having received the answer to my question in a pm.....
Clahra jumps up violently, almost knocking the Inccubus over and she dashes from the temple to The Lower Ward. She searches it frantically for Ordlas, who of course is not there, stopping and grabbing everyone and asking if they have seen him.

Sigil Library: Ordlas
"The Narfelli binders must had used unique binding spells and rituals. Learning more of them would be a good first step."
"I don't agree. It could take ages. The Red Wizards have stuided them in great detail for generations. Perhaps you could trade something they want for this information. You must also consider that to each cyst diffrent rules apply. The same with the beings entrapped in it. Some could be vacant while others is cramped with demons."
Sigil Lower Ward: Clahraxes
A drunk waddling along the walls offers her a answer as she gave the description while he struggled to stand up straight.
"I saw the fellow runnin' to the old library. Now ye give me a drink for me troubles!"

'Such is the nature of chaos. I will keep that in mind.
Those Red Wizards might be the faster way but as their homeplane is affected they will have their own agenda so I will study the original sources as well.
Nevertheless they seem to be the quickest way to learn something so I will try to contact them.
I thank you for your help, brothers.'
Next he searches the library for books on the topic of Narfelli Demonbinding doing his best to prepare himself for what lies ahead. He does not learn too many details, instead trying to get a general idea how they did work their spells.

Clahra would reach into her coin purse and throw a handful of whatever she found in the drunk's direction she'd caste a haste spell and dash in the direction of the library bumping past people, knocking things over and generally causing havoc. Once there she'd race inside and with little regard for the library's rules about quiet she'd approach Ordlas an excited torrent of Abyssal erupting from her throat.
"Iknowwhatitisthecystsarefromthehiddenlayerthemortalstriedtobindademonprinceandnowhe'sbreakingfree!"
She takes a deep breath.
"Its Eltab."
She looks at the other priests.
"Uhh, hello."

As the female storm of chaos is closing in, announced byclattering and annoyed sounds from those she disturbed, the priest smiles and closes his book.
Looking up at her he braves the torrent of Abyssal words but the smile he wore fades when he realizes the meaning of what said. Ordlas stays calm outwardly but Clahraxes feels it is just a mask he is wearing.
' That is bad. A being like this will disturb the planes balance and might result in other powerful beings interfering as well.'
Pushing a chair into her direction and ignoring the glares they might get he shows her what he found so far.
'I am trying to find ways to strenghten the seals that bind whatever lurks there but I fear we will need the knowledge of a group called the Red Wizards. Some magocracy it seems, a land called Thay ruled by wizards who dress in all red.
Now tell me- who or what is Eltab?'

As the chair is pushed in her direction she jumps on it and with a flutter of her wings she uses it to springboard herself onto the nearest table. She addresses the trio of Boccobites switching to common now.
"So you think of The Abyss, and you think there are three big Demon Lords. Demogorgon"
She holds up a finger
"Orcus"
She holds up a second finger
"And Graz'zt."
She holds up a third finger.
"And this seems right to you because The Abyss like the other planes follows the rule of three, right? Wrong! Stop thinking about rules The Abyss doesn't have rules. There was once a fourth demon lord, his name was Eltaab. Some time ago one of you lot...."
She waves a hand in the direction of her audience presumably she refers to mortals.
"...summoned him away and bound him on some prime somewhere. Why do you do that by the way it never ends well."
She raises both her hands palms facing the group and frantically waves them in front of her face.
"Nevermind! Not important!
She begins to pace back and forth along the desk she stands on as she talks.
What is important is he has slipped his bonds. Now he is creating Abyssal Cysts. Little pockets of The Abyss on that prime. And if he succeeds he will drag the place back to The Abyss and add it to his layer. Then he will use the power he had gathered to wreak a terrible vengence on his enemies. Which is everyone! I can't imagine it will do wonders for that balance thing you all rattle on about either. So we are going to need your help please."

Ordlas shirks back a bit with surprise as the demoness jumps on the table but then he listens, not caring about her inappropriate behavior.
Quickly he reaches for a tome that rests on the table to save it from being stepped upon, cradling it like a treasure while he follows her speech.
'So there is a being rivalling the power of a full grown demon lord trying to bring ruin to this prime... well, yes. It would make a mess of things. Might also cause the Baatezu to react and who knows what happens if the Eladrin throw another temper tantrum.
This must not happen. You have my assistance of course.'

From her perch on the table she points at Ordlas.
"Yes! Right! You understand! And this is why I haven't killed you yet! Question is, what do we do about it. At some point he is going to come into conflict with the mortals of this prime. And either he will defeat them, which as we discussed is bad news, or they will defeat him probably banishing him back to The Abyss. Which we also don't want. We need a way to keep him bound there."

'There is also the option that he is bound and turned into into a tool of conquest and subjugation- which once again will force other powers to react.'
Ordlas is not very worried about her words and her killing intent, feels still rather comfortable in her presence for whatever reasons he might have. He gestures to the books he is reading.
'I working on finding a way to renew the seals already as completely unmaking the threat will not just weaken the balance but also might be far above of what we can achive.
As soon as I am finished with those tomes here we shall find those Wizards in red. I will have to create a gift for them, perhaps items of magic, scrolls, a construct servant. We might have to bribe them and I am not willing to trade away my fiend.', he finishes grinning up at her.

The two sages listened intently while adding Little until the pair had finished speaking. Standing at each others side their former rivalry seemed gone completly where it had been seething before.
"Knowledge for knowledge would be appropriate. Arcane lore of Boccob would no doubt't intrigue their lore thirsting minds. Might just happen a few of them take a interest in the deity behind such studies. Surely you will create a worthy tithe to present them. Let us know if you need assistence. Divine the binding magic between the law and chaos evil and good! "
The pair walked away their long silvery well coombed hair falling over their hunched backs. Egaging in a debate it seemed as they gesticulated with their old gnawled rumpled hands.
