The Xaositect halfling looks around the room and all of its whispering members "Boooored! This summit is going to take forever if we whisper just to the guys next to us." then stares at the Godsmen and the Doomguard "And you guys especially, so much trouble, and I was born in Xaos! I know what trouble looks like. Looking like you're about to prepare for martyrdom with those faces. That or you're just mad I took most of the refreshments, well I was faster!" the halfling provides a wide grin and then tapped her papers.
"Because no one else is starting, I'll let you know about my best idea ever... well second best, the actually best one was-" shook her head and muttered something about not important "We'll rotate the duties between factions. That's right! Every faction gets to do others shit for a while, and then swap again." Both of her hands extended fully toward Garen, index fingers pointed out. "Tell me that isn't awesome idea." Nodding toward each of the groups energetically as if to fish out support to the thought.

"If I had arrived in a 10 stone fullplate, with a dozen hidden blades, I might agree tha' its not fer the occassion... but I don't see why a ceremonial breastplate is to be an issue unless ye or the chairs wanted tae stab me. Then again, when we're discussin' city wide issues in a non-neutral area, I fail to see why fashion is even a concern."

Finding the argument pointless, he simply undoes his breastplate and places it onto the table, remaining in the simple leathers beneath.
"Any momen' now, and it's going to kill someone! Tha' evil piece of bronze is a fashion demon, I tell ya."
He then turns back to greeting everyone, and settling down next to the Godsman.

Garen would smile slightly at the Halflings suggestion.. but it would not last long. He walked to his chair and sat.
“Hopefully more will arrive shortly but, until then, we should begin. I asked all of you here today to discuss the current state of the city, our *motions to all gathered* part in it and if there was a chance we could make things better for the people who call this place home and for those who do business here. We all must abide by the councils law and we all must share the same space, even if our ideals do not always match. Many have accused the Triad of having too much power while others see some factions do nothing more than feed off the city while giving little in return. These views do nothing to keep the peace and keep society moving.
So… before we begin what I’m sure will be a very… animated discussion, I would invite each of you to make a statement on behalf of your faction and what you would hope to achieve here if given the chance. I would also ask you not to interrupt an opening statement by any other Factioneer. No matter your… philosophy… we will keep this orderly”
At the close of his statement, he would settle his gaze on the Halfling as if it were meant directly for her

Sasha hurried to take a seat as the 'real' talking began, not really minding who it was next to. She then looked expectantly for someone to start their faction statement.

"Yeah guys, no interrupting others! This is serious talk here, futures of the Factions may be at steak." ((yes, steak)) She lectures the others "My turn!" she's quick to add, and possibly interrupt anyone else trying to start, certainly doesn't try to avoid it at least. "We Xaositects are a wonderful faction, whom desire nothing else than peace and quiet in these harsh times, once in a while it'd be nice to get a "thanks for the new clothes" instead of "Hey, who are you and how did you get in my house?!" you know? It's not always easy to be a Xaositect. Most people look down at you like you're a second class citizen, or if you're a snob, then a third class citizen that can't even be employed." shook her head dramatically.
"I would like to change all of that around, get proper employment chances, and be respected among other Cagers. As such, my proposition is that Xaositects are put in charge of flash mobs, casual pranks, false information, lock installments, garden placements, any place left unattended and immigration... I mean lets be honest, the last part is already pretty random, and we can do random."
