The Cold Winds Of Fey

(((There is a little delay on the siege of the tower due to real life stealing away an important PC, I will update with a time soon)))

Scouts guarding the portals would report a large fey delegation arriving in the city, There appears to be six Summer knights, four spring druids and a large elven warrior in green and gold armor who is followed by a large dragon with iridescent scales that reflect a deep purple and Butterfly like wings of platinum.

Seelie PC's: This large elven warrior is known as Ohtar The Dragon Knight and his mount Vynnetia a fairy Dragon. Othar is a member of the Summer court granted eternal life due to his service to the Queen in battle against the Unseelie. He was said to have been born on the same day as Vynnetia and the two have shared a special bound their entire life. Unlike a typical fairy dragon, Vynnetia never shy's away from battle when at the side of Ohtar and holds a more fierce nature mimicking her counter part. It is said when fighting the pair work in perfect unity making them a deadly force. Although they are still young by fey standards and are not nobility they are respected as warriors of the Seelie.

The group make their way through the clerk's ward unless stopped

As soon as he hears the news, Dace has Rozalina ((assuming she hasn't ventured out yet...whats the rime frame here DM?)) gather an escort force and come with him to meet the "delegation". On the way, he keeps an eye out from any familiar Harmonium officers doing the same, silently praying that any hardheads already on site aren't trying to make a mess like last time...

If the Mercykillers come by no known Harmonium, the group proceeds till they find the Seelie. On the way, he activates the speech stone Quinn gave him and whispers into it.

"Seelie deligation in the Clerks Ward. Meet us. Bring Sasha please."

Once there, the Factor motions for both groups to halt a moment, then approaches the dragon rider.

"Ladies Grace, knight of the Summer Court." He says as he places his fist over his heart and inclines his head in salute. "I am Factor Dace Andor of the Mercykillers. The Prince of Hearts told us to expect you." He smirks slightly. "Though he didn't specify any names."

Chari scouts the house the armored figure entered for anything unusual or out of place. Once she hears of the arrival of the delegation, she has a nearby patrolman to watch the resident and let her know if anyone leaves or enters the home.

Then she heads to the barracks where she summons her Rapid Response Squad. When they are fully equipped and ready to go, she marches them, at the lead, the meet the Fey delegation.

Upon arrival, she halts the column and seeing Dace, lets him handle the formal introductions

Sasha would be contacted to meet up with Dace at the site as quickly as possible, though it would likely be a while before Quinn arrived on-scene himself.

Having been sent to tend to specific matters in the Hive under Dace's orders, the warrior duo and newly founded Reforged Blades remain on standby for the call that would summon them to battle, if need be.

In the meantime, the presence of any ravens noted within the city are met with reverence.

Sasha came as soon as she received the summons, most likely arriving late, after initial pleasantries had been exchanged. She tried to un-obtrustively make her way to Dace, conveying the news that Quinn might or might not be able to make it.

She then gave a polite curtsy to the arriving fey lords.

The delegation stops as the Mercykiller approaches and the large elven warrior steps forward to greet Dace with a slight dip of his head. The elf seems rather imposing in person at over 9ft tall and almost always wearing a stoic expression.

"Greeting Dace of the Mercykillers, I am Ohtar The Dragon Knight and this is Vynnetia" He indicates the dragon behind him "We have arrived to assist with your winter troubles"

A finger relaxes from the trigger of a blunderbuss several roofs away as the lack of action indicates that things are resolving peacefully between the Mercykillers and the Fey Incursion.

"Well met Ohtar, and our thanks for the aid." He looks among the fey gathered. "We have much to discuss, though I imagine you are weary from your travels." He gestures to the path from which the Mercykillers came, in the general direction of the Lady's Ward. "Please, if you'd follow us, we'll take you to where we may speak more freely. I believe you're familiar with a certain Aleis?"

He signals the others to follow behind "Very well, I would like to meet this former human who has somehow ascended from the ranks of man kind. I thought your entire race void of discipline and respect. Its obvious the elf holds little or no respect for man kind likely considering them below him.

Most of the guard along the way to the lady's ward would give the gathering fey a rather uneasy glance, although with the Mercykillers company they avoid being attacked. Unless Chari decides other wise.
