She simply tilts her head looking at him for several minutes.
"Because those that know i am here would hunt you down Hildmor. Several demon lords already know including Zuggymoy and they would hunt you down and kill you and drag your soul back to the abyss. Even you know you can't stand up against them. Not even in Sigil.. don't forget even erinyes are allowed in the here.
How long will your alliance stand with your friends here when they start having demons teleport into the city and start attacking everything on sight? Everything they started worked hard for will go up in flames and chaos. Shard would kick you out of here. Your only sanctuary would be your tower and i don't think Kree would want to stay cooped up in a tower for the rest of her life and that is if she survives this all, because she would be the first target.
It would be just you.. alone in your tower. No other plane would offer shelter because just about all of them will hunt you down.. You won't be able to run even after your dead.

"Would you keep that "Rain chose you" crap for someone else? He could -never- know that I'd take you, he could suspect something of that sort but not predict. I never acted directly agaist the General before this time, so he could -not- know for sure."
Hildmor's expression growns stern for a moment.
"However, if I -assume- your words are true, it will mean that Rain doesn't want the General or Zuggtmoy herself to get to you. Do you still insist on your previous statement? If so, I'll have another question for you..."

"How much do you value your mortal coil? Afterall, I am not going to turn Serpent's Gaze into a keep to protect you. Not only I have other means, but if I did, it would be to -both- let you have an enjoyable existance, which I don't want to do and risk Kree's establishment, which I don't want to do either and don't even have right to."
Hildmor cocks one of the triggers, now aiming the exquisite firearm at her.

But using that device or gem on my physical body i will simply re-constitute in the abyss waiting for whomever shall claim their divinity, as it is foretold.
