Whatever the fate of Amaku and The King, the latter doesnÂ’t manifest again. The Hive gradually returns to normal, the tavern keepers no longer coerced to serve only Hivers, and the Ward gates no longer manned by Doomguard Separatists. For whatever sway the King held, it seems to vanish over night with the powerful, but petty, entity becoming naught but tale and rumor.

The King’s Sinker lackeys fortify themselves in Whisper Alley and without the support of their mysterious puppeteer, don’t hold long against the various adventurers’ efforts combined with Phoenix’s Revolutionaries. The whole of the remaining occupation is either killed or captured during the final struggles, finally returning the Hive to complete freedom – such as it were.

[OOC: Any character is welcome to follow this up via arresting a Separatist, investigation Whisper Alley, asking after the King or Amaku, or whatever else anyone comes up with. Just send me a PM with your characterÂ’s intentions, and weÂ’ll see it through. The King of Thieves plot is now concluded, and I would like to apologize for the lack of in-game events, and the heavy use of the forum. As some of you know I was suffering client issues which made EMing in game very difficult. IÂ’ve now fixed those issues, and future plots will be less forum based and more event based.]

AliciaÂ’s escorts proceed with little to no incidents. The various hostiles throughout the Hive appear far more interested in fighting one another than harassing the young tiefling or refugees.

A shadow darts hither and yon, investigating corpses for hints of anything unusual or shiny. If the location of any main "battlefields" comes to her early from the Dark, the young cutpurse visits them immediately, trying to get the lion's share, before the lions show up.

Any "dark" concerning Amaku, or any of the other actors on this stage, would be of interest to her as well.

*A tiefling covered head to toe in dirty brown leathers can be seen wandering around the hive, tearing down several revolutionary league posters denouncing the Athar by a man named "Priest" and replacing them with several posters stating the following. *

If you have genuine intelligence regarding the entity once known as The King of Thieves, and will share said information under influence of a Zone of Truth, then seek Factor Kholl at the Hall of Records.

You will be handsomely rewarded for honest data.
