Seethe greets Mashanie politely, and spends a bit of time wandering about the jammer, seemingly making a point to make the acquaintance of every sailor and passenger aboard if only for the time of saying hello or shaking hands; for all intents and purposes she seems just another, although the more discerning might recognize something less of wide-eyed excitement but rather more jaded and calculating in her mien. Of course, that's the way successful merchants tend to be.
It takes perhaps an hour or so before the hectic pace of the sailors and stevedores seems to slow, as if an end to this sort of labor is near; it's at that time that she finds the Captain and her First Mate once more, pulling from one of the many pockets of her backpack an object wrapped in black-and-red checkered silk. "As newcomers to a life of interstellar trade, I figured it might be worth the while to share a few tips with you, Captain Fnar, Ser Mashanie. When one is granted hospitality unpaid, it is traditional," reaching forward with the wrapped parcel and handing it to Mir, "to offer a gift to your host. This bit of politeness holds true even in some of the least polite places... although some hosts see it simply as their pleasantry, while others might see it more as an inducement to not have you summarily slain. Either way, I congratulate you on what seems to be a most fine ship, and offer you this small token of appreciation."
As the silk comes away, revealed is an ivory scroll case, carved with flowing symbols in a pandemonic motif, the chaos of design mixing figures and glyphs in a rather artful manner. Unrolled, the case's contents are revealed to be an odd map, marked on the finest of parchments with dozens of crossing, overlapping and sometimes connecting lines, the endpoints of each all marked with a series of numbers in Abyssal script.
"You mentioned wishing for a map, Miss Fnar, and although the organization I represent does not have ships such as yours...." She tilts her head slightly, as if at a shared joke, "we do still have some who fly. This lays out many of the known keyless permanent portals, along with height and bearing; many of the more well-visited locales of the Lowers and Outlands, along with a scattering of locations among the lateral and upper planes."
"For instance, you might notice here..." An immaculately manicured fingernail taps upon an endpoint near the center, then begins tracing its length, "a mere three hours flight as I gather from seeing your ship, lies an aerial portal which lets out over the Smoldering Plain in the realm of Chamada, the second layer of Gehenna. From there," the nail slides several inches over, to a different, shorter line, "another day's flight over emtpy wastes will lead you to this portal, which lets out above the Spectral Cliffs, within sight of the Iron City's gates." Looking up, she smiles widely. "So as you see, we can be there and back in three days. Unless, of course, you decide to make port and give leave to your crew in Dis... but if you do, I'd keep a close eye on them, as you would find yourself held accountable should they run afoul of Baatoran law."
Finally, she shakes out the discarded silk, which unfolds to a considerable size, in actuality a banner displaying a logo of three crumbling golden towers in its center. "And this will facilitate our landing in the city. I'd recommend keeping it somewhere safe until it is needed."

The Trek to “Iron City”, Dis
Majority of the crew had experienced shift into Astral a countless times, but for anyone new aboard and new to jammers it was something unexpected. Unlike with the smaller portals down at ground level there was a noticeable and maybe disturbing feeling of having been disassembled and then recreated... And then they were greeted with the featureless blue of Astral Sea – further than eye could see there was nothing else but faint blue which now and then was impaled by white streaks.
Mir left the charts and maps for Mashanie and Alice's navigation crystal to sort out – she had been a number of times to Baator, but not before now as a pilot... And while she waited that, 'Hobbles', a duodrone-like construct, quiet like a cat carried the given banner elsewhere, to the quarters of the captain and her mate.
- “I indeed asked for charts and maps, but this exceeds by a long shot what I was expecting to get”, Mir muttered as she examined the maps throughout a long while, “... fixed locations... these will be more than useful... in a way one might not think they would”, she added with a widening grin.
- “Lets have some fun then!”, Mir exclaimed laughing and glanced to Mashanie, awaiting him to relay a message of departure to rest of the crew.

During her walk, she notices that she is allowed to explore the ship freely, no room is barred, no facility restricted. The reason for this becomes apparent to her rather quickly, as wherever she goes, she feels a tingle of watchful eyes following
her every step. In no way is this intrusive, more of an observing, and curious barrage of observance. As she tours the ship, her keen sense and experienced eyes discern quite a myriad of information about her temporary residence, and its crew and proprietors. The crew itself is friendly and non intrusive, though less disciplined what she might have experienced on other vessels. In no way are they lenient in their duties, it's just that they have been affected by the demeanor of their captain, the people on board more resembling family then a rigid crew. This of course comes with its own advantages and caveats as well. This experience is enhanced from what she sees. The parts of the ship mostly inhabited by the crew have been transformed from the original layout to more suit the preferences and personalities of the ones living on board. Most quarters harbor personal belongings, the walls are adorned by pieces of art and trinkets, all reflecting upon the one sleeping on the bunk beneath them, giving a good layout on the crew itself. They have been gathered from different races and homes, but she sees that most of them are certainly Primers, as planar markings, banners and items lack greatly. She furthermore discovers, that for a ship of its size, the Queen at the moment
seems undermanned, at least a third of its crew missing. Those that are here though are masterfully trained in their job, and take good care of her. If she wanders on deck, upon closer inspection she can find the traces of recent battle under the repairs, acid and claw marks marring the glassteel outer hull and the deck, small dents upon the body of the ship, and maybe even the faint trace of a dragons' footprint on the deck. Her passage doesn't go unnoticed either, both she and her companion raising quite a bit of buzz amongst the crew as she explores the vessel.
"That be one beautiful lass" "Oi, ya thin' the big one wiv her be a Drak?" "Ye idiot, those walk on all fours" Pieces of gossip and chatter accompany her on her way.
And the curious observance becomes more apparent, as the ghostly visage of a small girl seems to start following B'groff. The girl bears small tangerine wings, her features resemble that of her captain, up to the garments and the way she has her hair. The little girl has her hands crossed behind her back, with a smile and wide eyes walking after the lizard, head tilted slightly as she regards it.
As the ship emerged in the Astral Sea, and Mir had given him the wordless instructions, first Mash found a table and chair for Seethe, to give her a more convenient place to enjoy the flight, as well as find a better vantage point for her companion, should it choose to observe. He marveled at the map Seethe had presented, which he promptly put to good use. As the navigation crystal
came alive, a translucent green sphere coming alive just above it, displaying their position and that of every body around them in the blue sea to a second accurance, he started comparing their data to that of the map. After a quarter of an hour of calculations, he finally nodded, his hand reaching into the sphere, drawing a line from the blinking blip respresenting their ship toward a farther away point. A straight line emerged, shooting off into the three dimensional representation of the Astral domain.
- The calculations of our guest were correct Ma'am - he smirked - Three hours of leisurely travel. Though there are only small rocks and objects on our trajectory, so if you feel to be in a hurry, you could give Alice the Ultra cruise treatment, and shave off an hour at least.
A crewmember gave report that a vessel was approaching. He looked up, with a wide and proud smile, as the small Jammer came into view, signaling with a light the request for landing.
- Seems our Vanguard has arrived as well. - he reported to Mir, as the Looming Shade was granted access, and it slowly descended onto the deck.
//Got a bit longwinded, but think that is partly was she wanted to find out, not the well being of the crew :P

Standing on the deck Vale watches as the Smaller Jammer lands observantly noting what he can about the vessel while keeping an eye on the deckhands.
He then turns around and heads towards the Captains Cabin, but stops halfway only to head back and towards the Mess hall instead. Upon entering the mess Vale's nose is assault by a variety of smells, from boiling stews to fried Vegetables and exotic spices.
He stops in the doorway enjoying the smell of a working kitchin before walking towards Bronn who is busy at the pots and pans.
Vale: So Bronn whats todays special?
Bronn: Jus some beef stew for the crew and the passengers special requests, Veggies,...Can yeh imagine livin off Veggies ugh...but tha aint mah buisness jus cook the food.
Vale: Vegetarians?...Strange people *shrugs slightly* I suppose i shouldnt be too surprised given were heading towards Dis.
Bronn nods and returns to his pots and pans while vale heads topside again, wondering about the passengers. He lights a Lho stick and returns to his post on the Deck.

From another of the innumerable pockets of her pack, Seethe produces a bottle of light-blue wine, pouring tumblers (another pocket altogether) for herself and the ship's officers as the jammer gets underway. For the time being, she seems to simply be enjoying the journey, speaking only of light topics and spending as much time watching as the ship passes pockets of interest as she does focusing on anyone else on board.
The reptilian B'groff, on the other hand, seems more interested in looking more deeply into the ship's running, in particular the pieces of forged metal used in myriad ways throughout the ship. Those who follow him about would hear that oddly cultured voice (for an 800-lb reptile, at least) commenting on finding work which, at least according to him, is that of githyanki, neogi, tinker gnomes (the detailed etching of giant space hamsters on the underside of a bulkhead table in the galley makes this one rather obvious), illithid, or any of a dozen spelljamming Prime cultures. Of course, his greatest interest seems to be upon encountering metalwork which is not readily familiar to him, each example of which occasions him producing what looks to all intents and purposes like a jeweler's loupe, thereupon to minutely examine the work of the item, whether it be a fastener, windlass, or something more exotic.
But regardless of activity, the pair seems content to enjoy the flight, awaiting the portal which will take them to the next stage of the journey.

Vale looks ar Mir for a moment his expression showing some concern, then starts talking in a hushed town while looking at the Astral Vitas.
Vale: Mir i think we might have a stow away onboard the ship. The crew in the cargohold say they've been hearing something move around down there, or scratching along the outside of the hull ive checked the hold three times and i havnt found anything though.
Is it normal for people to hear things while in the Astral?, because its concerning some of the crew and myself.

- “A stowaway?”, Mir uttered with quite surprised tone, “Have the crew as a whole informed. We don't need any non-paying passengers. Be it whatever or whoever – throw it off board, or capture if it's something what might have things to tell us”, she grumbles and adds, “...just how it got on board in the first place is beyond me...”
- “...and no, it's not normal to hear things. Maybe if it was just one person one could put it to account of 'just hearing things', but multiple? It's pretty real what you hear, I think. Tho, even if it isn't, better check.”

Vale: Ofcourse i will tell the crew, but perhaps it would be best if the passenger were kept in the dark for now.
Vale nods and turns heading out of the ships bridge and down the halls towards the crews quarters, his heavy boots carry a metallic sounds down the more or less vacant corridor.
Upon reaching the crews quarters he slams the door open and immediatly starts barking orders ot the off duty sailors.
Vale: ALRIGHT YOU LOT LISTEN UP! I WANT YOU ALL ASSEMBLED ON THE DECK IN THREE MINUTES SO GET DRESSED LADIES AND DOUBLE TIME IT!
The crew almost scared shitless by the sudden slam of the door and the veritable barrage of orders coming from Vale left them stunned a few moment before the first of them realized what had happened and started to get dressed.
Five minutes later on the deck of the ship twenty five crew members is seen lined up in an orderly military fashion. Vale then proceeds with a briefing.
Vale: Alright cutters listen up, we have a possible blind passenger onboard the last suspected location of the subject is in the cargo holds however, weve also had reports of strange soudns along the outer hull so i want two teams to suit up and check the outside of the hull.
The rest of you form up into five man teams and start Sweeping the ship
DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR?!
Crew: Aye sir!
Shortly thereafter the sailors spread out all across the ship and starts searching the Room, the cargo hold and the outside of the Hull.

Mir readily accepts the offered drink and sits back briefly to the helm. The next few moments may be startling to anyone who isn't accustomed to just of what and how Alice is constructed, the walls around the helm and the bridge apparently dissolving to crystal clear see through – the walls remain where they are though, if someone dares to go try touch, but reveal the blue-white vista outside in all its eerie glory for each to see. Aside a few small asteroids zipping by at immense speed, it's hard to tell otherwise whether the ship is moving at all or not.
B'groff's curiosity is sated well enough eventually – and he was indeed correct in most if not all of his deductions, the ship's main structure is of gith origin, smaller parts coming from about all around the realms. What is most peculiar feature though is that every major structure is a seamlessly permanent part of the whole, all built of enchanted glass, as hard or harder than steel... the wooden looking deck – glassteel, the aquamarine hull – same stuff, windows and inner walls – steel hard glass...
As time passes, the small craft (Shade) sets to fly ahead and around, to return couple times with instructions of possible course alterations to dodge bigger hazards and other not-so-pleasant features of the Astral, including one githyanki expedition ship. And eventually they arrive to proximity of a portal which leads to the layers of Gehenna (ed. Cere)...

Mash accepts the offered drink with a grateful smile, taking a sip and tasting the liquid enthusiastically. He smiles a bit as the hull shifts to the all around view, walking back to his spot on the side of the helm. During the flight, he relays the information gathered by the scout ship, and listens to the general chatter of the crew. As all the reports delivered are to his satisfaction, he relaxes a bit, continuing to enjoy the drink, turning to the captain and their esteemed guest.
