Darius sat quietly, her hands folded on her lap. She had been listening to all that was said with a dispassionate expression. She nodded ever so slightly in response to Fintan's query, and murmured a response.

Quinn idly fidgets in his seat as the other factions begin making their statements and taking a stance over the occurrence. He steals a nervous glance toward his Factol as the Sensates wait and watch for their turn.

Meanwhile, there is brief discussion among the Fated representatives, before one of their namers hurries out of the Hall.

Xaul patiently observes the surrounding proceedings. Its tentacles undulate as it interlaces its fingers in front of its forehead, bowing down slightly as it listens. The flayer's glance peers about the room from speaker to speaker as the surrounding breaks and falls between order and chaos. Shouting and Silence. It would wait for its time.

Aleis had given a quick smile in Quinn's direction, hoping to affirm the Factor's confidence. She had kept to herself, simply observing the goings on and grinning at the events as they unfolded.

As the speakers continue, Dace pens a note and has it sent over to Tahir.

Of all people to stand next the Namer Cipher namer Tahir paces up from his place, drawn to the podium
We have heard so far a strong arguement from the Triad who have provided evidence to support their case - Some of these details of course are supported by the Doomguards statement - they have already acknoledged that they had people there, and that they had demolitions training ongoing which would of course explain why explosives were found.
Testimonials and Reports however - from those outside the triad have yet to be refuted. - Are the Doomguard able to provide evidence themselves to indicate it was not, infact they who broke the peace first?
Further I would be forced to ask that if training was truely going on, was there no better place to perform it than in undersigil? And can the Doomguard provide evidence that this was indeed routine? - something that they have done before.
Was there no foresight to see that such actions would be likly to cause a breach of the peace?
With the reported use of boobytraps and ambushes this would shows a certain amount of preperation to protect the people down there, steps which would not typically be necessay is this was indeed routine.
I would also ask The Mercykillers to clarify: while Explosives were found present, were these demolitions prepared and set up in a way that would cause structural damage to sigil's infrastructure above, or were they merely present following the conflict.
The man bows his head
Thank you

Miranda bites her lip, the sound of a light fuse echoing in her ears, for that's what this meeting was at its heart. She listens intently the speakers and when the floor waits for another speaker she looks to Rhistel who she naturally made sure she sat with, and the other fated members.
"I wonder if they even have the proper licenses to use demolitions let alone the permits to use under sigil as training ground? The Harmonium have no jurisdiction down there but its still part of Sigil and there for under the Triads over all influence to regulate what happens down there no?" she says softely to Rhistel. She continues to bite her lip as he waits for his response, though her mind is formulating ways to handle this matter.
She was a member of the fated, she normally could care less who over sees the market as long as its not the doom guard. She sighed deeply, the Harmonium has a reputation of failing to up hold the harmony and laws of Sigil but she knew that was the operative word, failing, which means at least they do TRY.
