Chari follows the delegation as they are lead to a more proper setting. Meanwhile, she has the two Harmonium officers stay in the anteroom, vigilant against any acts the can possibly spoil this meeting. She follows them while remaining silent

Tess's research, based on recent developments, has once again shifted. She sends a public request out to find any information on, and aid in the capture of the Quickling rumored to have stolen the soulblade in the first place.
Not longer confined to books, she now braves to request another meeting with the Unseelie Queen and will be speaking, face to face, with the Fey both in and out of Brux and Sigil.

A package is delivered to Chari, and Dace. Each is identical, save the header. Each details the newfound information concerning the potential of a meeting with the Raven Queen, her intention of getting the name of the mortal who stole the Pale Prince's lover, and how she believes it correlates to the attacks. A third package has been prepared, it's intended target being the Unseelie Queen, to be delivered personally.

The knight would reach for his blades at the sight of the Ice Witch, However his hands would move away shortly after remembering he is a guest. "Private seems wise" He mumbles something about spring being to peaceful when it comes to the war and follows into the meeting room, He finds a chair somewhat to the right facing the door and the small dragon takes the one beside him, her size increasing just enough for the chair to be worth while. "I am assuming this hospitality comes with questions?"

Joyeaux would aid Tess in her research wherever possible. In particular, she would seek to access the archives of the Temple of the Abyss (paying the customary bribes of course) in hopes that their library might contain information regarding the Raven Queen that might not be found elsewhere.

She would be particularly interested in either reports of dealings between tanar'ri (or their servants) and the Raven Queen, either positive or negative; and/or insight from the tanar'ric perspective as to her soul-harvesting operations (both their methods and the use to which the souls are put).

Of course more generally, she would keep an eye out for any information regarding the soul blade and mention of the mortal who stole the Frost Prince's love out from under his nose.

Hearing of the attacks of the Fey she starts asking around the Undersigil's very own The Dried Mug's Inn, she begins asking if any one has been contacted by any parties representing the Fey for special Contracts against the various factions, if so who is hiring, she inquires for more information in hopes to get to the bottom of this..

The meeting is agreed to, Her research into the quickling however does not turn up much, There is one living in Sigil likely in Undersigil really, However tracking it down to speak with it is a near impossible task.

The Temple of the Abyss holds many secrets and with Tess's aid in searching a few are found, Her method of stealing souls is a powerful one and has denied the abyss a great many. There is no deal struck and somehow her ravens steal them from the dying before they ever pass to their respective afterlife. This has made her a great enemy to many different faiths and fiends, many attacks have been made against her to little success. Its said she holds many weirdly twisted fey in her service, These fey have been described as twisted shadows of their former self.

Little information is gained in The Dried Mug's Inn, However a drow known as Beros Mizzrin is hiring people to track down an old bracelet recently stolen from the clerks ward.

Slightly disappointed that she could not get any leads, as another opportunity presents itself she accepts the job "Usually i'm hired to steal something, ah well what ever pays." She leaves her contact with the bartender and goes back to the bazaar.

"The hospitality comes from the fact that you're not here to slaughter civilians or violate the laws of this place... but yes, we do have some questions." He offers the elf a quizzing look. "Not to sound ungrateful for the arrival, but what -is- your directive here exactly? The Prince simply said that you would arrive, and promised our streets would not turn into a war zone, but I am still in the dark as to what your mission is."
