As Mauric walks up to the Podium the speaker would stop him.
"As explained Doomlord your Faction can speak to sum up their position at the end. Sit back down."
The Gith turns to look at the Doomguard with a pained look.
"Factol if you cannot control your Faction they will be ejected."

Factotum Fintan of the Sign of One steps up next after gathering his notes. He keeps a neutral expression and clear voice he imagines all to hear
I will say this, That we shall not deviate from the matter at hand. The issue is not the petty squabble between factions nor the belief who is at fault. Nor shall it be about
who holds the territory, long as someone is capable. With that said . .
You, the Doomguard, have repeatedly and reliably shown the side you care little for Sigils safety. Your ploys that include death and damage to the place that would shelter you.
You would dare accuse another for your poor decision making and follies While hiding under the pretense it was little more then training. If it had been demolitions training, then why had it not been done off plane? Why is it that your armed mobs contained the diziens of Undersigil rife with cultists, Anarchists and criminals? They had armed non-Doomguards for the "exercise" in full battle formation. Why was no one warned that you be doing patrols? What was purpose of hostility for meeting the Harmonium when all reports point to the Doomguard refusing to comply with orders to stand down?
Those that you lured into believing you could take care of the Bazaar, I would care not who did, but you failed to follow procedures in going through the Hall of Speakers while inciting war inside the Cage. I hope you realize that is an act of treason and the Blood Oath you are bound to.
I ask you all to consider this and what should be done. The Doomguard need to be held accountable, responsible and given proper due punishment.Do not let them make a scapegoat of another faction or individuals. They ultimately executed the plan with the intent.
Not one person here is above the laws we have set for Sigil nor should we be complacent to let it be swept under the rug. Far to many crimes have gone unnoticed. I ask everyone listening to allow the Triad to do their roles, that justice be done and lessons taught that no one can get away with this.
Thank you.
The silver haired elf went back to sit below Factol Darius, pensive

The drow claps at the speech, having but one remark to add.
"I must admire the resolution with which you support a faction that not only aggressively invaded your faction hall not two years ago, but also attempted to do so with several others... completely disregarding this Council's previous ruling on such matters. These people are truly out for yer own good."

The Drow's remark of course draws cheers and whistles from The Doomguard. The Bleak Cabal do not cheer of course but they seem to enjoy seeing a Singer heckled.
In response some of the less experienced members of the Sign of One jeer at The Doomguard not taking kindly to seeing one of their own rebuked in their own Faction hall.
The Githyanki speaker stands again a small vein throbbing in his forehead as all around noise heckles and cat calls fill the hall some of the crowd stand and gesture and any factioneers present who has something to say about another faction using it as an excuse to shout it out.
"Why are the Sensates even here shouldn't they be on drugs somewhere."
"If the Bleakers think it's all so pointless why don't they just do us a favour and deadbook themselves."
"Just give him the dolphin back!"
Being some of the more audible comments that can be heard. The Speakers voice cuts through it all.
"Order! Order! You will all be seated! And you will remember where you are!"
He coughs and composes himself thoughts likely turning to some strong drink to which he will treat himself at the end of the day.
"We will take the next speaker please."

Seeming embarrassed enough by Miranda's words, Rhistel coughs slightly, desperately trying to maintain both his composure and part of his focus on the ongoing speeches.
"Considering we're both married, Ma'am, I would suggest to... avoid such a thing..." he replies quietly leaning closer, and while Argent finally makes the statement for the Sign of One, and more noise rises from the Hall, he keeps exchanging some more whispers that drown in the general commotion around them, commotion he really doesn't seem to care about.

Mauric would step back down and take his Place aside Ra'zeth. While Listening to to his fellow comment he banged his gauntlet into the breastplate repeatedly as Ra'zeth gave his retort to Fintan. As the Signers jeers he turns towards them and spoke up.
"We have all right to conduct our training sessions off-and within Sigil and we will continue to do so. As will the Harmonium. I would expect the Signers to imagen every posibility and view not just that of the aggressors that wish you to imagen them just as you do now. It will not benefit your faction's liberty. People will die and it is not our hands that holds them nor crave their blood those you just defended are."
Rising his hand appolegetically afterward as if to sign that he would not press it further than that leaving it to the crowd of signers.
