One of the four-armed monstrosities gestures, an obvious entreaty to follow, and begins to lead the way down a wide spiral staircase that seems to take up the entirety of the building the jammer is moored to, the other elite nycaloths walking along both sides of the visitors. The stairs wind down and down, until finally it is quite obvious the group is deep within the mechanical guts of the crawling town, evidenced not only by the noise but even the occasional sight of a madly whirring gear or piston.
At the end of a long hallway stands a massive door of bronze and some dark metal which seems to give of wisps of black vapor, the portal opening as the group approaches, revealing a sizable round room with a raised throne in the center, upon which sits a being the very sight of whom causes a faint sense of wrongness to be felt by all: tall and slender, grey-skinned and clad in a garment of studded straps of pale leather. But it is not this which causes the greatest unease, but rather the absurdly high, hairless dome of its head, the total lack of mouth or nose, and the eyes which can be best described as stars bursting and vanishing in a deep void. All can feel a faint prickling at the back of their minds, a hint of a powerful psionic ability within this city's overlord.
There are many beings of fearful repute among the lower planes. Pit fiends and Balors, Shator and Gelugons strike terror in the hearts of their enemies by dint of ruthless, savage brutality. But none of these compares to being in the presence of a mighty Ultroloth, as a sardonic voice sounds within each of the mortals' heads with a tilt of the overlord's head, although that voice differs to all who hear it, somehow managing to combine the loving tones of the "listener"s dearest love with the hatred of their worst enemy, carefully crafted from unguarded thoughts.
Neogi ply their trade in the Lowers, servants of the Abyss seek commerce with Baator, humble men of goodness submit themselves to the wills of killers but keep their honor, and the Lady of Pain allows fiendbloods with skyships to dock within her realm. Strange days indeed, planewalkers. I would almost expect to see a slaad repairing a modron.
Mir of many pasts, Mashanie of many futures, Vale of many lives. Bryn Groff, a man of many forms. And... oh yes, I know of you, merchant of many secrets. A pleasure, Abilar, and you didn't need to activate that earring, I will not delve past surface thoughts unless you give me reason.
The head tilts in the opposite direction, the light-speckled void of its eyes enough to cause vertiginous sensations in lesser beings, and seeming to show its focus on Mir.
Ahh, Captain, my Captain, welcome to my ever-lurching home. I am called Wrath... and I'd venture to ask what purpose brings you to Gehennah.

Although certainly not at ease when facing someone or something which can read the murky depths of her mind if so decides to, Mir manages to form a slim smile-like expression for she has some personal experience of psions in form of Gith. But there's this nagging feeling at the back of her mind that keeps telling that the tricks designed against Gith "invasion" won't be much of use here..., and thus she decides to not even try - not that she had any hostile intentions anyway against the city nor its ruler.
- "Thank you for the hospitality. And the reasons... Curiosity for one, for I'm ever curious about places I've never before visited. And this place sure is a marvel in itself... Secondly though, business, which fact our passengers' presence likely already gave out", she states after a while.

Vale stands slightly on guard by pure reflex alone while he observes the Conversation between the Ultroloth and Mir, perking a brow at the mention of him.
Non the less he still seem suspicious of the Yugoloths given their reputation.

Mash quirked a brow, a bit out of instict trying to gather his thoughts to shield most of his mind from the ruler of the walking city. But he too felt that it would probably be of no use, given the strength the being permeated. For now he stood silent, watching the conversation between Mir and Wrath, reassuring himself with the thought, that if Wrath wanted their death, they'd never made it this far.

At a thought, Darremar took hold of the ring that had been given to him just the other cycle. He traced the triggering rune upon it realizing that this may not work if the destination was no longer within the cage.
However the invitation to come aboard the Alice yet stood. Who was he to not accept at least once. He closed his eyes for a moment as he triggered the enchantment within the ring.
((I'll leave it there for the moment as I do not know whether the Alice is in Sigil or not presently. Plus it wouldn't hurt to get a visual of what he would see upon the chance of a successful transport to the jammer.))

For a moment all vision fades as Darremar closes his eyes and activates the curling runes, the surroundings around him vanish into darkness what last merely half a heartbeat to be replaced by a vista completely different. He now stands at one corner of a room roughly the size of the main hall of Muriel's inn, beneath him a softly pulsing platform of arcane and divine craftsmanship entwined.
The room where Darremar arrives is dimly lit, the main lighting coming from outside through a wide window that spans most of one of the four walls, although curiously enough, some of the light seems to seep in through the walls themselves. There isn't much in the room what'd constitute as furniture - a duo of heavy tables, a bunch of chairs on which he sees two men clad as sailors sitting and playing cards, merrily laughing, giving Darremar just a cursory glance at ease upon his arrival.
At the center of the room, quite close to the front window however, stands a ruby thronelike winged seat, sleek and crafted apparently from either a single massive crystal or pure gemstone. To Darremar's ears it seems to emit a barely audible hum, a heartbeat like throb echoing around as it breathes in and out the ambient magical energies.
The walls are bare, seemingly some sort of rare wood which feels slightly warm to the touch. The only way out of the room is a wide doorway or an expanse that leads to an intricately ornated corridor with a number of smaller doors.

- "Newcomer or a visitor?", one of the card players asks sidelong, spreading a handful of cards on the table and giving a winner's grin to his comrade.

Upon taking in such sights and sounds, Darremar at once was reminded of his past upon the seas. At the seemingly inoccuous question he replied in a manner that was rather cryptic.
"Such remains to be seen as to which that would be."
He took a few moment's of time to get a better feel of his surroundings before he made inquiry to the location of their special guest.

At the beckoning of the child he had needed no second invitation. He followed without a comment. In truth he displayed little emotion which would be held in contrast to the child whom led him to his destination.
His senses honed to detect that which moved around him and a further added sense that was granted by his detect undead divination. In truth he did not take anything for granted aboard this vessel.
As he would near the room that held the vessel's special guest, he would in fact pay even more note to his surroundings than he had prior. He did not seem ill at ease in spite of this. He had little to spare for words to this moment. Perhaps what he would see inside the chamber would change his mind.
