"Oh I imagine we'd have to start small regardless Chief. Such a unit can only start on an experimental basis to begin with, being that it is rather unprecedented."

Shana simply shook her head and whispered to her superior.

- Why can't they be satisfied with the current status of the alliance ?

Justice Rozalina would clear her throat.

"Because the current status has proven..woefully ineffective as of late with inter Triad bickering. We must evolve with the times. As for the question of Fraternity manpower...We needn't a large number of squads initially..just one or two very visible ones. That should spark interest and recruitment will increase when people see the Triad being..effective."

///If it's not supposed to be heard by anyone, don't write it. Keep it in a PM otherwise it'll be fair game.

Back to the thread, please.

Regardless of who her superior was, Mover Bassem cleared his throat, and said in a moderately low voice: "You are excused, Notary Ta'Kan."

Shana raised an nodded.

- As you wish Mover, I just wished to remind what the harmonium ultimately stands for and that we cannot compromise our ideals to work too closely with agents of Evil. I think a lot in the ranks would agree and will eagerly collaborate with Sir Swan's Son and all those who share his noble ideals of justice.

She then left.

Charae shook her head, watching as the Notary left. "Fortunately for her, she's not a Mercykiller."

She then looked at Bassem and said, "Thank you, Mover. Now we can move on. Does anyone else have anything to add about the proposition of a joint command? I doubt we would need a representative of the Fraternity in every squad. Perhaps a single motivated judge dedicated to the command then? They can be purposefully assigned to only conduct law interpretation within that sphere. Call it a special duty if you would, something that the judges can be assigned to temporarily for a set time before they are cycled out with another. Thoughts?"

Dace drums his fingers on the table as Shana delivers her last speech before leaving the room. Through out the last half an hour, his eyes had began to let off an ever so slight red glow, despite his best efforts to remain calm and patient.

Once the Notary had left, he looked over to the Harmonium delegation.

"..so, yes. The Fraternaty field agent would judge innocence or guilt, as the courts normally do.

Speaking of the Fraternaty agents, Chief Seph? I should mention that I've met at least two of your Factions members on and off over the last few months, and they seemed quite keen on learning more about the Harmonium and Mercykillers. Neruin and Typhon - forgive me, I'm unsure of their specific ranks. Typhon I've actually fenced with occasionally in the gymnasium while off duty. Seems to have the skills one would need to keep up in the field, as well as the knowledge and drive the unit would count on. As for Nerruin, well, I'd run into him a few times around the Far Realms invasion. again, seemed to have an interest in such matters.

Just a suggestion if you do wish to direct any of your Faction towards this unit, they may be glad for the heads up. "

Vale looks on as shana leaves then faces the rest of the delegations.

''From a Professional Standpoint i find this idea however commendable to be needless, it adds even more Complexity to an already delicate situation. us on the street do not need someone second Guessing our actions in public and even if you say it wont happen it most certainly will happen. it will scream incompetence and weakness to the people we try to Confront and contain. So no i will not voice support for this course of action.''

your words push away, Rather than Mend, *she looks at vala* This is about working together to achieve the same goal. If you have a better Idea then present them. I'm rather tired of hearing shutting down rather progressive actions. Do you want to work together to achieve harmony or Not. If not i'm afraid you have somehow lost your way. Something missing among the Factions is Comraderee of course present among each owns faction but very currently lacking in the Triad. What better way to build that Connection than to work in the fields together.

These are Patrols you have, a Harmonian officer who leads if something happens he Innitiates the arrest. Then the Fraterinity member who is now easily accessible by being present determines guilt. and the Mercykiller determines the Punishment/fine. If guilt cannot not be established on the field then it can be moved to Higher proceedings. This is not Complicated and is actually a simplification of the current proccess.
