The Xaositect had none of that "You guys are doing it again! If everyone forgets how to talk every fifteen minutes, this is going to take aeons!" her left eye closed and she extends her right hand outwards to point at everyone. Soon after gets up on the table and walks casually over to Mauric. Waggling her finger as she "lectures" him. "And you sir should know better than that, we're just a number and a name to these guys -" gesturing to the Triad members "- they make the rules and we play the game. When something's wrong, we're to blame and insane."
Then she looked at Garen and winked "Problem solved!" contently she marched over the desk back to her seat.

Factor Sixthfinger watches the Xaos with a wide grin, letting her finish her 'lecture' before raising her voice...not bothering to get up from her comfortable couch/chair.
"Never though' I'd see tha day when a Xaos brough' reason ta a sittin o' tha Factor's council...maybe they be righ' 'bout everythin bein barmy an' random."
She gives a brief chuckle.
"Tha' said, as a clarifyin point...I'm fer thinkin tha' tha esteemed Doomlord were assertin 'is faction's right ta be tha exclusive proveneer o' weaponry ta tha Triad officials in tha Cage only...nay ta every bleedin sod in this burg. I dunnae think I've ever met a Sinker wha' claimed tha' independent smithin businesses an' such shoul' be banned...after all, tha Great Bazaar be full o' them an' ye dunnae see Sinkers (or Harmonium fer tha' matter) patrollin 'round askin fer licences or wha'not.
If we're gunna debate tha validity o' tha Doomlord's demands, we oughta 'ave a clear idea o' wha' them demands are aye? I'm sure tha Doomguard representative will correc' me if me interpretation o' his earlier statements be in error."

Azor catches the paper-plane, reading it. His mouth twitches in amusement, and he nods to Ra'zeth.
"Doomlord Mauric indeed refers only to the arming of the official's of Sigil's government, as stated in the pact. For you to break this truce and leave us only the majority of such armament is like giving the harmonium only the majority of wards to patrol, and will render our pact void in any case."
At this last mention of patrols he glances over to Emila.

Hasclaan takes his paperplane, admires the design, reads it, folds it up neatly again and tucks it away for later studies.
Then he gets up, clears his throat again.
"There is a motion from the Fated to move this meeting to more neutral grounds- the Hall of Speakers."
He looks over the delegates, clasping his hands behind his back.
"It is a fair suggestion- after all the Hall is the traditional and lawful place for Faction meetings, equipped to support this gatherings and also offering well trained personell- so if this is what most desire we shall move there.
After all if we cannot even agree on where to meet how shall we be able able to agree on things that matter?
So what do you all think... feel about this?"
Sitting down again he takes his quill up again, readies a fresh sheet of paper looking at the others curiously.
