"Anything new and exciting would be lovely!" A genuine smile for the warm reception.
"Where would you like us to set everything up? Seems we both brought a handful, though I think Aleis beat my style."

Something the Raven Queen had said in their last meeting tickled at the back of Joy's mind: that there were 'rules' preventing her ascension into the ranks of Archfey. Being tanar'ri, the notion of rules being anything other than a challenge to overcome would be utterly anathema...so one day she decides to buckle down and investigate what these 'rules' might in actuality be, confident that there might be some advantage to be found in the knowing.

"Why would I knock? I don't want to hurt-" the green haired fey began to respond, but was cut short by the door opening. Aleis summarily carried her things into the spelljammer, feeling vindicated for having not knocked. Starrin followed behind her without emotion or care for its surroundings. Tasked only with carrying her things, once they had reached their destination it became as motionless as the stone it was made of.
"Drinks would be wonderful! Wine, yes?" Aleis looked up at the silver-haired elf as she spoke. "If you don't mind, I was hoping to work around the garden. The subject is bound to be grim and I'd appreciate their comfort."

As it is, he sets up a round table near one of the containment springs for watering the surrounding portion of the ship among the palms and trees, and having fetched any requested refreshments, along with a multi flavored cake. For him self, he opted the Sasafras Vanilla , then taken his own penned notes, layed them out. Hes set to digress the true meaning and perhaps working it out backwards , to find out what the intended targets was and any indication "who" or "what" was really at stake. He points to the draconic dialect replacing several phrases for more optimal ones that sounded right. He would point out though, this was conflicted. Here be dragons and their magics, but not on Krynn. For the Magi write using the Words of Creation and for the dragons there was magic made. A realm where the dragons did not teach, but here the Moon Gods did. He then waits for them to discuss and confer.

Truenaming isn't something that can be outright learned without significant source material, and one would still need a pronunciation reference. This is a magic taught, not developed. Blood magic, on the other hand, is quite the opposite. Then again, necromancy could go either way. Tess's thoughts are a jumble of possibilities.
"Pilgrims." She almost whispers. "None of this magic seems to be from here. This looks like every individual piece was brought here, incomplete, with the intention of changing it to an ancient language for secrecy while practicing on the locals."
Whether or not these words guide them forward, she thinks it best to get the words out for the others to hear.

Despite being a Sensate, Aleis's range of useful knowledge with regards to the current project didn't extend much further from a fluent knowledge of Draconic. However, she did have her own opinions of what the intent was and had plenty to share regarding the context of where and how exactly the scroll to be translated was obtained. "I don't think it's exactly common for either Fey or Demons to use Draconic, so it's possible this was just a security measure." This thought floated in her mind even after she spoke it aloud.
"But-" She hesitated as she recalled something. "The Raven Queen's sword. It was made from a Draconic material called Sepa Raelgil... Or, well, Soul Crystal." After taking a drink from her glass she added, "It probably doesn't mean anything... it's just the only connection I can think of."

Xndar: There are thousands of different theory's on ascension and even the servants approached have little to no information to freely offer. The most common assumption is it has to do with position at court, age and bloodline but the fey she chose to speak to, do not believe this to be the case and believe that fey face the same rules as the fiends.
Sinlinara, Neethanial, Lucadia: Decide who will be doing the main translation and have that one roll an int (decipher script) the other two will assist and apply a bonus. All three make spellcraft checks.

The First scroll translated contains the following,
The Second scroll contains the following, wrote:Soul Dominion
Components, V, S
Range, Any known target
Duration: twenty minutes
Resistances: The spell can be resisted by those of a powerful mind, but innate resistance to spells will not hinder the effect.
Speak the first phrase while placing fingers together palms apart, right thumb to left pinky, Left hand thumb to right pinky shortly after. start second phrase as right middle finger moves to left palm, followed by right index to left middle finger then release.
Phrase one: Scio didici pecto, cupio virtus licet.
Phrase two: vita mortis careo
A random scribble at the bottom of the scroll in ink newer then the rest reads, Surround your self with six blood-shards and keep the targets in mind. If you have not met the target in the past you may use scrying to cast, Then simply order them to kill them selfs or each other.
The third and final scroll appears to be a letterwrote:
Blood Rite - Blood-shards
Six mages of equal power gather in a large circle chanting, while an addition person brings the twelve sacrifices one by one, Their throats are slit and blood drained into a large pool. As the spell is finished the blood will take form as a small crystal and be ready for use.
Chant: Seek the divine within, for the blood is life, and in its call can be heard the promise of power.
another random scribble at the bottom, The mages will also die but its best not to tell them that
wrote:
Greetings dear Sun Prince,
Oh right i forgot you are the Winter Prince now, how silly of me. I know you have held much animosity for me but i believe this is the time to put that aside and work together to achieve a common goal. I have included with this letter a powerful spell that i believe will aid you in your quest in Sigil and the promise of fresh blood from this prime my forces will soon take. In exchange i desire your aid in taking my own throne.
Send a diplomat the crypt within the grey wastes, Tell them to follow the ravens. Let terms be discussed and a deal made.

Upon completion of the translation, Aleis copies down the letter twice. One copy of the letter is delivered to Notary Nica at the Barracks, as per their agreement, along with another note attached on a separate paper which reads, "Thank you for your help. Please make sure that the right people in Sigil get this information. ~With respect, Aleis."
Following that, Aleis returned to The Three Dragons to locate the Seelie Delegation, explaining to whoever that she had urgent information concerning the Pale Prince and asking for Ohtar specifically.
