Sigil: City of Doors

Hark this, berk. Word going round is that some book-burner's got herself a place in a church. Not just any church, mind you, but Hermes' own, up in the chessboard that is The Lady's Ward. What would one of the Athar want with a seat at the house of the God of Thieves, Liars, Gamblers, and Arbitrators, you ask? Well, you'll never believe this.

So her names Eija, right? Yeah, like AYAH. Sod's a genuine traveller from Heaven. What she's doing trapped in this Cage's anyone's guess. But she's inviting every berk, body and blood to talk to her about belief. She's asking them to convince her and convert her to their way of thinking. Talk about an addled-cove, right?

Wonder what she's got up her sleeve.

Well, would you give this piece of screed a peer? You know that Eija sod? She's at it again. Don't know how the Defier managed this one, but it's a doozy.

So you know the Hall of Speakers, right bod'? It's a monument to disagreement and debate. In its central most chamber, the Factols themselves meet in parliament to argue the fate of Sigil and make their moves in the vast kriegstanz of the Cage's pax politica. So imagine, just for a moment, that this nobody, this Athar by-name-only has a place on the floor. Sure, it's between speaker sessions, but to even get a foot in the door is a right bit of play.

Well, whatever she's up to, Eija's doing her thing again. She's inviting people to talk to her and tell them about their beliefs and faiths, claiming she wants to just understand them better and maybe find something out for herself. Just who is she trying to peel?
