Tournament of Power

Although Lyanna "Wayfarer" did not apply as a participant in the tournament, she did visit the Hall of Records to see Cornello Nokomis in his office. She wished to apply as a medical practitioner to help with the inevitable need of a healer during the event, as well as taking the time to file the necessary paperwork and tests to register herself as such.

The following Rules have been updated on the tournament flyers

Rule 1- a limit of 4 Self buff spells per individual may be casted upon oneself before the bout Beings Spells will be Registered before the tournament
Rule 2- Epic Tier Spells (aka hell ball, Vampire feast etc.) may not be used in tournament combat
Rule 3- Any Summons must be Registered before hand , This excludes individuals under Demonic pact and the such (Companions are Excluded, Summon spells/ warlock undead summon are allowed) Though if you are entering alone you may register your pact member as a team member.
Rule 5- No more than 5 Potions may Be ingested per fight per participant These will be Registered before combat.
Rule 6- Their will be no Revival of a Fallen companion until the match is over. If you fall in battle you are eliminated.
Rule 7- The use of Wands will be limited to Three Wands. Which will be Registered before the tournament.

Winner of The tournament will Receive a Cash prize, As well As have Free registration for the Following Tournament of Walkers, if they choose to enter. More Information about that Tournament will be Provided at the Tournament of power.

Volunteers from The House of Healing had volunteered to set up the medical center to supply and staff.
