Chant on the streets? A few Modrons have started to protest the unfair treatment they've gotten in front of the halls of speaker, constantly walking in Circles, chanting "Fair Treatment" - The Dark? They are Rogue Modrons, something's amidst here cutter, but what's one destroy Modron to the average berk and cutter.
