The news reaches the Factols first, it then trickles down the Faction ranks, until by Peak of the same day it is common knowledge throughout the cage. An emergency session has been called at the hall at behest of The Doomguard Factol Pentar. The topic of discussion has not been divulged yet but some within the Cage will have a good idea of what it is. Those in attendance would be asked to be seated and to await the Factol's opening statement before things are thrown open to discussion.
((OOC: A few ground rules. This will be taking place over the forum and may take a few days. Nothing here is knowledge that your characters can use in game until this thead is concluded
For those participating you are restricted to one character, so pick one and stick with them.
It may go without saying but there will be other Factols present they are of course only played by DMs
I will be opening an OOC topic on the general discussion forum. This is for anything people need clarifying as to what is going on here. Any OOC on this thread not posted by a DM after this post will be removed without exception.
You can expect Pentar's opening statement tomorrow to begin things moving IC however if you would like to RP out your characters turning up or reacting to the news feel free to do so here.))

One of his fellow Athar Namers burst into the main hall of the Shattered Temple, suddenly and without warning! "Have you heard the news?!" Other Namers gathered around and began to discuss the news that Factol Pentar had called an emergency session in the Hall of Speakers. Some speculated on what could be so urgent and important, a few closer to the mark than others. Morthos stood back, listening quietly. After some consideration of the news, he determined that he would attend the Hall of Speakers and hear these events. The events were likely to affect all in the Cage, and therefore would affect his quest for the power to able to avenge himself on the Powers. He would listen, watch, and gain power through knowledge.

After hearing the news, Factor Dace Andor just kept in his seat, tapping a finger on his desk.
So the dance begins.
He found it a little troubling that the Doomguard were taking the initiative, though not entirely too surprising. Certainly, they would spin their own tale...
He dismissed the Namer and began penning letters to his colleagues in the other branches of the Triad. After dispatching them, he marched himself to the Factol's office for any preliminary discussions before the show began.

Miranda Illdesserin, even though shes nothing more then a simple entry level tax agent among the fated, when she finally hears about this meeting she will lock up her tower and head to the hall of speakers, her blue robes swishing behind her as she goes, her fated badge pinned at the right breast of her attire.
She stops by the Grails to drop off her three month old son which was a hard decision. She knows he will need to learn Sigilian politics eventually but...for a meeting of this nature to be called...it was no place for a baby.
When she makes it to the hall of speakers she will find who ever is controlling admittance.
"Miranda Illdesserin of the fated department of Merchantile Licensing and Taxation".

No, of course Rhistel didn't really enjoy the idea of needing to attend that meeting.
Actually, he didn't enjoy social events at all, but he also knew it wasn't a good reason to skip it, not being in his position.
At first chance after hearing the news, he would let the Factol know he would be available to attend and represent the Faction; he would also wait to know if there was any direction the Duke wanted to give him, or anything he needed to be aware of before taking part to the meeting.

Factotum Fintan only thought this was to be interesting. What better place for anyone to prove they was center of the Multiverse then be put upon a pedastal for all to stare. He could only hope the needed affect for what to come would happen.
He offered his help to stalk the Hall of Speakers in assisting anyone for seating while keeping an eye on things, perhaps even catching snipnets of conversation where he could.
Its been some time since the Sign of One had used for such large audience.

Garen would read the information as it came into his department and make a few notes in his book. He would then make a quick visit with his Factol before heading over to the Council with the other Bureau Chiefs. He would also ensure he brought anyone in his department wishing to attend so that they could become better acquainted with the entire political process.

It came as some surprise when word spread throughout the festhall about the coming session at the hall of speakers. It was not long ago there had been some discussion among the ranks about such a meeting at all.
Before deciding to head over to the hall or not, Factor Quinn made his way through the halls of gossiping factioneers looking for Factor Sasha. It seemed best see if she was planning to attend also. Oh bother. He knew so little about the proper decorum for such an event.

The news of Such a meeting would reach the ears of Fiendling, she dances and prances around looking through her bags and deicing on what outfit to wear."Vicky! What Outfit to wear for such an eve- no we can't go in those! That's barely enough Clothes to Cover a Halfling! How about you Paranoia...*A moment of Silence while she nods to herself* Yes! That's Simply....Smashing!"She took out a Top hat and a Colourful outfit to boot, she then proceeds to throw glitter up in the air then walks through it the cloud of glitter, her Outfit and face glistening with the glitter."We can show the others what we're all about! A FINE and Gentlemanly club of Extra Ordinary Thinkers!" She rode on her Mechanical Spider she called Pony and made her way to the halls of speakers, taking what ever seat was free, leaning on a walking Cane as they listened.
