For the cagers who have interest in joining the Carnival efforts, they may sign up with the handlers here, there's only a loose bureaucracy involved, however the potential participants are encouraged to express themselves in a satisfactorily detailed way. What that means, has been left up to interpretation.

Contracts may be created if so desired, however they've not been made mandatory, due to the spontaneous nature of some would-be participants.

((Poster made by yours truly <3))

Attached to posters and flyers, was general rules to the game.

How to Play:

Participants will be given a role to act out while apart of two major factions. Werewolves, and Villagers. The Villager's goal is to kill all the werewolves, while the Werewolves' goal is to eat all the villagers. Participants are expected and should keep their role a secret! While players will be given flavor roles, such as being the village baker, those are fine to share while role playing during the game. Participants should not give away a werewolf, doctor, seer, or any other important roles during the game. Special roles will be specified when given to a participant.

Rounds will consist of Day and Night cycles.

During the Night, everyone will sleep. The werewolves (while remaining secret) will choose who to kill. The Seer will ask for Information on one character per night, and the doctor will be able to heal one person per night. Depending on player turnout, more special roles will be added.

During the day, players may go around and socialize while keeping up their role and acting. After which, they will choose who to lynch in uncovering the werewolf menace. To which, the night cycle starts again.

Players may talk in what ever way they see fit, as long as it fits their assigned role and stay in character. Imagination is a key tool here! The world is as you make it, and your goal is as close as you imagine it to be, werewolf or villager alike.

----------------------------
((OOC Rules))

Players are expected to keep their character's... character identity a secret with special roles. That means to not even tell your friends. Players passing OOC knowledge in order to win will be taken out from the game and not be given a prize. This is all fun a games ^_^

During the times which the Storyteller/Moderator (Me/Danae) will ask for what actions people take during the Night Cycle, will be sent to the player in Tells in order to keep it secret. Werewolves are allowed to communicate in tells to figure out who they will kill, but this will be considered IC knowledge.

A repeat of the rules will be said IG and IC during the beginning.

The Mercykillers will be hosting an event late into the carnival as it comes to a close.

Hosted by namer Lazarus of the Mercykillers, the game will take place at the leafless tree (gallows)
Where the Mercykillers have established themselves for the carnival.
(This is right next to the "main stage" area.)

The name of the game is Hangman!
Rules are quite simple.
The game will consist of three rounds
-
Players will be assigned an arbitrary number to begin so that they act in turn.

Players will then take turns guessing the letters in the phrase.

Players may choose to solve the entire phrase to end the round early.
A wrong guess will dock three points.
-
Gain a point for guessing correct letters, multiple letters will award multiple points.
(ex. Guessing "U" or "E" if the word is Queue, would award two points.)

Lose a point for guessing a wrong letter.

The round will end when the phrase is correctly guessed or once the phrase is completed.

There will be prizes for those who participate, and the three highest scoring contestants!
