A towering man with a gruff exterior is sitting at a table drinking spirits seeking out like minded individuals to defend the week with loyalty and honer. He explains he is very authoritative, but flexible to advice and chaos in the right time and place to proitect those who can't.

He addresses himself as -Nines- seeking to create a honor bound mercenary outfit, to patrol the areas that the harmonium does not in order to establish order in the criminal areas.

Nines meets a dwarf shield barer and talks with him at the bar "I seek able guardsmen, soldiers and scouts to be hired under a mercenary outfit" Nines talks strongly about upholding the law in a Honorable and reliable way, defending, and leading the week to safety within the law. Nines knows that the law being enforced under his banner should be within the law, he talks about possible diplomacy with outlaws who bend the law for a just cause, but is skeptical in association at the same time. it is something to be done carefully if so.

"Count me in!" Said the dwarf shaking NInes hand in turn....

Nines then retires for the night, before seeking out more able blades
