A collection of posters are put up all around the Bazaar and Clerks Ward. 
((Date is 17th, Starting time is at 6 PM EST. If you sign up before the date initial placement will be based on level. Sign up on the day and its random placement.

Near those posters a smaller one can be seen reading as following:
"The Dead wishes you the best of luck. But, luck is not everything when it comes to the skills and wits of combat. As such I, Dristler the Dead, offer my services to those who shall partisipate with potent magical Potions, as well as my art in magical enchantments, to improve everything possible before this Grand Tournament is to take place. After all, we do not wish to see anyone find a False Death, too soon.
