People are somewhat shocked mid day as a large contingent of Harmonium make their way to the Bazaar, The first assumption is that they are here to capitalize on the indeps misfortune. However once approached, people learn that it is not the case. They setup a guard station for two dozen citizens from the Ortho empire. This group consisting of the most skilled carpenter, mason's, architects and the likes one could find willing to enter Sigil on such short notice. It is said they come at the bequest of Factol Sarin him self although few know what prompted him to make such a generous donation.

Argent is making preperations to move his spelljammer in the next few days to be over the bazaar for the removal of hulking dubris and has requested volunteers to also stay on the ship for packing dirt to bring in for leveling afterwards. Word is several are on his side , and hand full of Signers have offered up their architexture skills for imagining it being a bigger better market.

Additional donation is also given:
Raw Materials :
eight bars of mithril
ten blue diamonds for exchange for labor and materials.

((If I could get a dm to approve of this or do a mini event this be great. Several players are on board with this effort)).

Lyra begins welding the stone rubble together to the best of her abilities and starts poly-morphing the welded piece into a solid block of stone so that the masons can rework and recycle it for the walls ect, No material is lost, she is simply allowing it to be utilized more.

Over the course of a several cycles, drifting in the lull between peak and anti-peak wherein alms kiosk sees it's least amount of traffic and is tended to by unfamiliar faces of the Cabal, Odette ventures into the Hive on request. Gloved fingers hovering within close proximity of blade, faction badge on display in distinction from skilter, Bleaker was no stranger to the slums she had come to call home.

Tensions were high in the bazaar, the Free League high on it's own self-importance with the flow of jink and the beautiful lie of a brighter tomorrow. Yet, it was to silver-haired femme task had fallen in extend of gloved hand to the impoverished with offer; jink for jobs. Truly, the bleaker expected it to be a fruitless endeavor despite the merit of suggestion. The destruction of trade hub was only temporary - devastating - but a shadow to which no candle could be held in comparison to the daily life of many a Hiver. Just another pair of hands. Cheap labor. After all, what had been done for them to expect that anything could, or should, be given back?

And yet... there might well be those among them whom would scurry forth at the promise of coin with grateful need. Perhaps it would ensure evening's meal or fresh clothes long overdue. Or, it may well be frittered away on the next hit of choice. Much like the public services of the Bleak Cabal, the opportunity could only be offered; what came of it was up to the individual.

So it was that Odette attempted to gather a group of willing sods at the behest of promised payment, collecting the names of any willing participants looking to make a few extra jink in exchange for assisted labor. The wealth passing hands might as well go somewhere useful, right?

A large Wagon with barred windows is driven through the cleared streets of the bazaar, all the way from the Hive Ward. The wagon parks in the open space by the slave market, overlooking the collapsed bridge. At an unspoken signal, the door opens from the inside, and several hardy looking people with woolly robes, shaved heads, and the slave brand of Maharaja Apharada step out of it. The slaves work in unison, ignoring the rain that still drops over their heads, clearing out the surrounding area of debris and opening a free path to where only so many cycles ago stood a transited bridge. The Businessrak motions one of the slaves to come closer, a domestic slave with basic architectural knowledge, and so begins the initial surveying of the wreck before a bridge can be constructed again.

While the surveying continues, the working slaves resume their secondary task for the day. Tents are lifted where homes stood, with cloths enchanted to radiate a cozy warmth. Braziers are taken out of the carriage and lit with dancing coals. A goblin from the Hive Ward's destitute crowds is now stirring a pot of stew and watching over a piglet on a roasting spit. The slaves pull out a sign that bears the emblem of the Society of sensation, and nail it near the entrance to the new working encampment. The Raksahsa turns momentarily to blast a few light spells at it, and so ensure it catches the attention of the onlooker above the still burning debris and piles of snow that cover the slave market. The sign simply read "Volunteer and experience hardy work, companionship, and gratitude from the Market Ward's community"

The encampment sees little visitors, since the lack of the bridge means it is disconnected from the main road and the slave market becomes something of a detour. While the slaves continue clearing that site and piling up any materials that can be reused while supplies are yet to be assigned, the Rakshasa goes on to search for a particular Godsman in the hopes that their mastery of creation can be put to use on a larger scale than making mere armors and tools.

*Cornelia can be seen and heard talking with a few folks to set up a work group mainly of Hiver workers.*

*Cornelia speak with Odette to see whom would sign up, and then with Aidan to have the needed perments pulled.*

*Cornelia then spoke with Kala about a order of 1,000 safety glasses, 1,000 pairs of work gloves, and 1,000 pairs of work boots, all of witch are new.*

*All the while keeping the Indedpts in the loop.*

*Now Cornelia seeks to speek with Aidan once more, and the have a meeting with both Sharon and Dace at the same time, and seeks to speak with Odette once more.*

*Over the last few weeks Cornelia has personally funded a work force made up of Hivers. This work force was put to gather to aid the rebuilding of the Bazaar. The Hiver workers were disbursed among Factor Kala's work groups, with Factor Kala's over sight. While working each worker is required to learn new skills and improve upon their know skills that contains to construction, and building.*

*Each Hiver was singed up by Factotum Odette, and then each new group of Hivers were greeted by Cornelia at the door. During the meet and great Cornelia makes a few good happy joy joy thingies known. Like the daily pay will be ten silver peaces, fresh coffee in the morning, with breakfast sandwiches, then of corse lunch as well. The best peace of new was probably the fact that a day's pay will be Ten silver coins, Upon end of the rebuilding project each worker will be given another ten silver as severance pay.*

*Once the side chatter have started to calm down Cornelia speaks once more. She goes on to explain a few exceptions, along with a few rules. *

*She would like every to be at the meeting sight between 0600 and 0645, so that every one can have their coffee, and have some thing to eat. Late is 0655 and shift starts at 0700 sharp.*

#1 Thou shell NOT be late to work. If late to work your sent home with out pay, and every one losses 1 silver coin from the day's pay. If your late more then three times you'll be sent home with a pink slip, and with out severance pay.

#2 If you don't show up for work, Every worker losses one silver coin from the days pay. If you don't show up for work more then three times, you'll be sent home with a pink slip, and with out severance pay.

#3 If any case or incidents of theft or fighting comes up, Every worker losses half days pay, and the offender gets to be sent home with a pink slip with out severance pay.

#4 Return Home in the same condition you came to work as. All fingers, toes, hands, and other body attached and not in a carry home bag, or wrapped in bloody gauze. That if found at fault for injury or death, a undetermined corse of action will be taken.

*Once more Cornelia waits a few moments for the protests to die down be for speaking once more. By explaining that she may have other work to offer down the line, and the she would want to use the same workers that prove them selfs to be good workers to higher agin.*

*On a side note Cornelia offers that if any one of her workers needs to talk to her about some thing concerning their families, health, or personal matters. She would have her door open to them so that they can speak to her.*

*Another thing or two of note is that Cornelia greets each of her workers every morning, and nearly every evening as they sign in, and out. When it comes to their income taxes Cornelia has saved them the hassle, buy paying it her self with. This could not have been done with out Factor Aidan's aid, and guidance.*
