One fine cycle, a small troupe of Guvners accompanied by an athletic halfling woman with glowing hair and humble robes pays a visit to the owners of the homes abutting the well-known portal to Mercuria. They are offered a choice of a generous sum to help them purchase living quarters elsewhere, or the option to stay where they are with the understanding that a lot of construction will be taking place around them and that they will soon be living tucked against a large monastery for the Order of the Planes Militant.

All the proper permits are in order, two signed by Factols Sarin and Hashkar respectively, and another set by Factor Aiden of the Fated. After due notice is served and the previous occupants make their choices, construction stakes are set out and word is spread around the Cage that the Order of the Planes Militant is beginning construction on a Monastery-Embassy surrounding the portal to Mercuria, with the aim of providing charitable services and preventing forays into Celestia by the ignorant or willfully evil planeswalkers.

Raw materials are purchased and carted through from Mercuria into the Cage, providing laborers with polished blocks of order-infused stone and celestial lumber to work with, and simple, but filling food to eat while on the job. Those laborers not provided by interested Factions or individuals are often chosen from among the poor workers of the Hive and Lower Wards and are paid fairly for their work.

Watchwoman Ajora splits her time between coordinating the building efforts, aiding in some of the manual labor, and patrolling the area to discourage troublemakers.

((This is a thread for folks to post their IC contributions to the project, whether in terms of security services, magical warding, or manual labor.))

*Cornelia could be seen entering, and exiting the plane about 1-8 times aday.*

*Each time Cornelia goes to enter or exit the portal, she adds in moving a load to were it needs to go.*
