Sigil: City of Doors

Lazarus has been out on the streets for some time now, looking for a new home in which to stay. Particularly, after being shown one of the apartments, he's interested in purchasing one of the apartments in the Cadence of the Planes complex. A letter is written to the proprietor with a request to purchase an available unit if available.
