Namer Morthos looks sulky today as he stomps around the Shattered Temple, the kind of sulky that is likely to turn to annoyance or anger if bothered. The chant is that the Will of the One successfully raised the dead god Somnus. After all he suffered in the loss of his lover, the anger and pain he experienced when she died, Namer Morthos was really hoping that he could at least aid in the prevention of a dead god. She died because her uncaring and capricious deity did not save her.
His sermons and conversations with cutters in the Bazaar were unfruitful. And the signers raised the dead god. It's as if...no one cared enough, as far as the great populace of Sigil was concerned, to actually move to prevent it. Even within the Athar, action against this was...limited. Morthos continues sulking, considering how he might gain more power, to prevent a catastrophe like this one, or of a similar nature, from occurring again...
