To Whom It May concern,
Greetings! I hope your day is going well. I am currently seeking a new home. I have peeked into a few of the local homes and I have found One I believe to be just perfect for me in design. I'm not sure how much it will cost to become mine, but the One I liked the most was located in the Lady's ward. Its the one with the steps and lovely mushrooms growing on either side. While I'm not picky about the outside, I would love to live in the Lady's Ward, and the interior of that home would fit all my needs. I currently have a budget of some two hundred and fifty thousand. Please send word if that will be enough, or if I need to gain more funds.
