Sigil: City of Doors

*Spec the Damned enters the Hall of Information and goes to enter the area at the back of the Hall for fated members only and finds the door locked. He approaches the record keeper at the entrance of the Hall and shows his faction symbol and requests a key to the faction members-only section.*
