Firstly here are the filled out forms of information and permit requests for risque garb and working licence withing Sigil. And here I have a list of possible offences and things I wish to know if I need a permit for and which is illegal."

The scroll starts out with the technical terms of indecent exposure of skin, up to public exhibition. Going with possibilities of adultery by association, adultery, marriage to multiple partners, Manslaughter of a spouse, Manslaughter by association of a spouse. Continuing on with acts that turn more and more descriptive as the scroll just keeps going, taking a good hour to actually go along it. Possibly angering all of the people that arrived after her until she is put forward to the loop of legal hell.

Tess's frequenting of the Hall actually proves to be amusing for a change, as she steps out of her book-built fort to listen in on this list. An inquisitive smirk is apparent, as she listens for a hint of the blonde's intentions.
