* Kelth can be seen sticking posters about Sigil. The posters reading the following:*


"As promised, I will initiate the proper feasting after a harsh battle. Those who wish to prepare something for it, are most welcome. Wether it be music, a speech, toast or anything.

I have made agreements with the yearly festival owners, that for this special occasion, the festival will be open for everyone for an entire day. However, the official festivities will be held at a set time"

On the day of the feast, the carnival came to town. The tents were set up right off of the bazaar.

*Chant is, the "Kick-off" will be at the small stage, which lays central in the back, Kelth McEwan will hold a speech there, in regards to the Battle of Salt*
