During shift change of the twin observation towers overlooking the main market, guards would notice a freshly etched symbol carved on each one. The carving is that of a Revolutionary Emblem with the overlay of a burning bird.

There are no other additions to it.

Notary One Nica during her regular patrols on the Bazaar came to notice the vandalism upon them. She'd go fetch a bucket of water and a scrub, and bring it to the watch towers with a simple statement "Scrub it up boys. We're not going to tolerate any vandalism over Harmonium property." of course it was a little above her station and no doubt earn the annoyance of the watch posts, but such was the life of Harmonium.

Soon after she'd return to her usual patrol.

A red haired human with no pants, was seen nearby one of the marked watch posts, raving like some madman. "Loki! Ye shall pay for ye lies!" Some say he went into a fit just after hearing what the symbol meant.

Measure One Cryptbane yawns when he hears of the graffeti.

"Oh, no...the phoenix is back....again....".

He goes back to signing various documents.
