Nico had spent the day baking and cooking. Cookies, muffins and other authentic Halfling recipes taken directly from her mother’s cookbook had been prepared and set ‘buffet style’ on her table, a stack of plates, glasses and bowls set beside them. She had spent the day cleaning and organizing her apartment, getting seating, pillows, anything needed to host several people. She had her comfortable dress on and Dave had been fed and walked. As far as thieving bands were concerned, hers was as far from the ‘thug life’ as one could get.
Now she simply waited for the rest of her crew to arrive for the meeting. It was time to introduce each other, discuss recent happenings and prepare for the future.

Nico would give Iptai a hug and direct her towards the table stacked with food. She would then direct her to sit where she pleased in the living area and kindly asked her not to give anything to DaveÂ… heÂ’ll gas the place out if he eats too much people food. As others would arrive, the same ritual was repeated until there were enough present to start.

Lady Cora brings some goodies from the Greenhouse bakery, explaining that baking is not one of her strong points.
She greets Nico with a hug. "Looks like I'm at your service, dear". Who are all these ...interesting people?
And what's on your mind?

Tiptoes shadowing a person through the streets, literally just behind them as she steps around and walks off towards Nico's place. Leaving the berk confused after turning around to see nothing following him after all.
Skipping over, her eyes wandering over the street corners and following the little footprints. Flipping her silver lined obsidian coin once over before softly tapping the doorway with her knuckles.
"Hey there. I'm Froimi, I believe you have an adventure to share."

Niexy the Pixie flutters behind Froimi as the Hin introduces herself at the door. With all the patience of a rabid cat, the Pixie flies in front of the Hin and cuts her off.
"Hi hi!" she shouts loudly in the Halfling language, "Yous all wanted Niexy here, yes? Where does Niexy sits?"

Doc finally arrives and helps himself to a few of those fresh baked cookies. He gives a gruff nod to the newcomers and plops himself into a seat.
"I be here lass."

Nico took a plate and filled it with various foods and then made her way to the others. She settled on a large pillow on the floor and watched the others chat with each other, getting to know one another. She listened to the laughs and enjoyed the food. Being amongst a group of ‘little folk’ was comforting to her. She didn’t particularly care for tall folk even if she did manage to put on a smile when in their company. This, however, was perfect. After a fair amount of time had passed, she would begin to take control of the intent of the meeting and settled everyone down. It was time to talk business.
“Well now that we’ve all had a chance to chat, we need to go over a few things before we dive deeper into our future. First… going forward everyone gets a share. Even if you didn’t go with the rest of us during a job, you get a share. It might be smaller than the rest but no one in the group goes without. If you’ve goods to fence, I encourage you to talk to Jall and Iptai. Far as I’m concerned, they’re the ‘go to’ people for that stuff. It’s not a demand, mind you… I just encourage it is all.
SecondlyÂ… A few days ago Cora and I came in contact with a large guild calling themselves the Collectors. Apparently they are a vast collection of independent guilds and groups who do jobs they need done. They seem to be a great connection for information and leads. TheyÂ’ll stay entirely out of our business unless itÂ’s a job theyÂ’ve come to us about. What we do on our ownÂ… theyÂ’ll stay far away from. I think the possibilities for jobs are worth the partnership. I want Lady Cora to be our contact with them. They know this so if someone tries to contact you and claims to be one of their repsÂ… theyÂ’re not. They will reach out to Cora to give us what they need.
Any questions before we continue?”
