The Dark: Contacts In The Underworld

A thick smog lays down upon the Hive Ward, it was nothing unusual in Sigil weather. Exactly as unusual as the muggings and robberies happening in the shade of all this. However that was the life in Hive, and not the focus of the events to come. For something else also made an appearance during the cowl. Instead two wall advertisements made an appearance in the open, one in the Radagast street within Goatswood district and the other in Khaasta Row, stump street.
While spoilage of property was a regular crime, this might've caught more eyes. It was intended to. A plain blue paint, still fresh, made the following:
//Hello all! This is the first post of many to come in this plotline. But before we get knee deep into it, I thought to take time to explain the goals, expectations and possibilities that might happen in this topic.
The Goal is to make more awareness to the criminal elements of Sigil, surely there has to be more actual gangs, thugs and bandits in the streets even if they remain poorly represented. I intend to make them seem more prominent, and the way it will happen is to have my character be either in the center or sidelines, which ever comes to be, remains to be seen.
The Expectations go as far as it usually should go, the demise of my character. Whom is enabling criminal activity, and being quite charitable with the moral ambiguity. But it might and ideally should take some time, because no one likes an anti-climatic story. People will likely use different methods of investigation and I will try to give you as objective results as possible... but this could also be a good time for the less altruistic characters to make an appearance! Hint hint, nudge nudge, just saying.
The Possibilities are endless! Well okay, they aren't quite that endless. Honestly, the possibilities are not up to me, rather what I am offering is this one possibility to hop in and try to make some fun out of it. It's up to the rest of you if you want to get involved, or not. I won't judge!

[The Chant of It, the Pandemonium] Is a night club with a reputation, it lies in the edges of Darkwell Court within the Hive, within Whisper Way. What separates it from the other such businesses is that while the entrance is in Sigil, the night club itself exists in a different plane. Making it both a headache for local law enforcers and ideal for discussing the dark. What is less known is that there has also been past controversy of subtle fascination happening by music.wrote:Seeking buyers from hive entrepreneurs,

Quick checklist of things:
- PnP spells are fine, but I'd hope you resolve on investigation first, divinations later.
- I won't be bothered by dice rolls. I hope you are honest with yourself in roleplay to represent the characters talents correctly. In return I will do the same.
- I find it just fine that anyone can play a NPC for some other players character. But only if you make an OOC disclaimer, blanked white as an spoiler or not, stating the characters agenda. This is to have a good off-hand system to avoid problems.
- Any DM at any point can feel free to rule me out, or use any ideas here to make use of.
