A letter arrives to two very specific locations, and to two very specific people. The letter is rolled up in a scroll and sealed with an insignia of two serpent dragons coiling around themselves, the insignia of the Hiromo family & clan.
The letter is addressed to Duke Rowan Darkwood, and Hashkar, the factols of the Fated & Fraternity of Order factions. The messengers carrying said scrolls would make their way to the Hall of Records & the city Court, trying to deliver it to their intended readers. They would have nothing identifying themselves except the shirts with the same insignia as the seal itself upon the scrolls.
The letter would read as follows : " Esteemed Duke Darkwood / Honored Hashkar, the Hiromo family request a meeting between us, and hope that your reply would be in favor to our humble request. We have much to discuss, and I hope that you may attend in such regard and meet at my manor. You may bring whatever security detail you see fit.
With respects,
lord Hiromo Itsuyashi. "
(( OOC Info
Okay, so, this meeting is supposed to take place in-game. And would require at least one EM to manage the event, or possibly two, to manage the security detail and so forth. The time and day can be set for whenever somebody has time for it. For further information, you can PM me with questions and so forth. ))

A fiend arrives several days later, carrying several forms. He informs whoever opens the door that the letter the Fraternity received from this address several days ago could not be delivered for the following reasons:
The response from the Fated took a bit longer. . .
- Invalid Address - Factol Hashkar does not take incoming mail from outside of the faction directly
- Incorrect Format - This is an appointment and/or scheduling request. No appointment / scheduling form was included.
- Lack of Adequate Information - All appointments are required to have a topic for discussion.
The response from the Fated took a bit longer. . .

Opening the door for the fiend that carried the forms, Itsuyashi would accept them and read through the papers carefully in his office, reviewing them thoroughly. After much thought, he decided he would not write up a reply until he had a response from Duke Rowan, and awaited patiently in the coming days for it.

After a wait of several weeks, a letter finally arrives from the Fated suggesting a date and time for the audience with Duke Darkwood.
//Speaking of which, when would be a good time to do things in game? I could do it this Wednesday or Saturday.

After receiving the reply, he wrote back to the duke, suggesting the Hiromo manor as a meeting place, offering a timetable in addition as well.
(( Can organize it whenever, all my times are free from now on. ))

The Fated are insisting that the audience will take place in the Hall of Records.
