A notice is sent around to the Harmoniums on patrol and also within the outposts around the city. Those not affiliated with Harmonium will not know about what the letter says.

Sirs and Madams,

I am sending out this notice to inform you that Ra'zeth of the Fated is to be arrested soon as he is spotted.  He is to be detained at the Harmonium building for process then transferred to the holding cells in the Prison for questioning. 

This is in regards to the incident that occurred in the Hive, in which he allowed a murderer of one of our own to escape.  My thanks for your help

Another notice makes it's rounds in the Harmonium

Dear Sirs and Madams,

I sent out a previous notice about the arrest of Ra'zeth. After futher investigation Mauric Ashterot(sp) is to be detained as well, as evidence points to him being an accomplish.  He is to be arrested by a Measure or Mover only and even they are to have anti magic capabilities.  Due to his skill in the dark arts, anti magic shackles are to be used and he is to be placed in the Prison under the care of Mercykillers until he can be questioned and processed thoroughly.

He is extremely dangerous and has killed our brethren in arranging an escape, so I stress that Measures or Movers only are to arrest this individual, fully equipped to restrain a magic user, with a full squad.

A third notice is sent to her superior, a Mover within the ranks

During the investigation it has come to my attention that the body of our Harmonium officer was never recovered. I will need a warrant to search the whole Mortuary, including underground passages and crypts.  Either the whole faction or a single party is responsible for the disappearance of the body.

I tried to arrest the so called Ra'Zeth yesterday, but the man managed to knock me out in the middle of bazar and ran away. I strongly advise anyone wishing to arrest him to make sure to come in numbers, I didn't expected so much strength from one individual.

At the Bazaar today a Harmonium officer attempted to arrest RaÂ’zeth. Having encountered him once before I knew of his strength and moved in to assist. A large crowd was gathered and there were multiple witnesses. RaÂ’zeth refused to cooperate with the Harmonium Officer and when she tried to use force a fight broke out. I attempted to defuse the situation and was ignored as RaÂ’zeth proceeded to fling the Harmonium Officer into a wall of KahzeetÂ’s bar knocking her unconscious. RaÂ’zeth and an main in armor, who I later found out to be off the Doomguard, attempted to flee the scene and RaÂ’zeth managed to slip out of my grip when I tried to stop him. The Doomguard looked as such *insert description of Azor* and he at this point slashed at me with his sword. He missed but the intent was clear.

Both Suspects fled to the clerkÂ’s ward and headed towards the library. I managed to keep up with them on foot and cornered them at the library. Where they proceeded to turn and engage me in battle with intent to kill. Regretfully in a 2 on 1 battle I didnÂ’t last long and if it were not for what I am I would be dead as of this writing. However, I am what I am so I survived.

The following notice is circulated through the Harmonium, and a copy is specifically sent to Measure Chari.

Mauric and the other Doomguard mentioned in the reports have been asked to come to the barracks of their own free will. Make sure that no arrest attempts are made for the next 48 hours to give them the chance to comply.

If they refuse, proceed with the previous plan.
