Harmonium Warrant issued...

The letter is tacked up in prominent places, and the word goes out among the officers of the Harmonium as well.

All citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Raifael Degare, rogue Harmonium guard, wanted under suspicion of assault, attempted murder, and dereliction of duty.

He is to be considered extremely dangerous, do not attempt to apprehend!

Please notify the nearest Harmonium officer of his whereabouts, or report at the Barracks.

A reward of 5,000 jink is being offered for information leading directly to his apprehension.

*shiv looks the notice over and laughs*

Shiv wanders off pondering jink verses risk, and getting an ale.

After that Dervim wanders off somewhere.

Sondaal wanders by in the Bazaar doing her usual thing of learning the latest gossip from merchants. The Aasimar is handed a flier, she turns her eyes down to it reading it with a shake of her head. "The Hardheads won't even protect their own huh? Raifael supported their views wholeheartedly and they turn on him. What a rusting load of blek."

Ceszar makes a note to destroy the man when he sees him.

Jach Sensbane makes a note to destroy any who try the aforementioned.

New posters are soon hung, with the addendum of "unlawful restraint and kidnapping" on them.

The urchins return, fanning out through the city and taking down what posters remain.

Dark on the street says that Raif's rotting in a cell now. Some view this news with shock and surprise, others with smirking grins.

*Kari spots on of the urchins running around taking down posters and questions him about the situation. After she lets him leave, she speaks quietly into the empty street*

Raif don't deserve this...somethin's up....I know it. *clenches her fist, her orange eyes bright, her face an icy mask of anger* I gotta find a way ta help him.

*stalks off, blending into the shadows of the alleyways, presumably to find help for Raifael*

Somewhere in the shadows, a wounded dark-skinned tiefling grins wickedly. Indeed he failed in the assassination attempt, and failed to reclaim a fragment of his soul from Raifael. The assassin would have surely been killed had he not hid and fled.


...but did anyone really expect Ceszar to gamble all prospects for reclaiming his soul into a duel with Raifael? He always had several contingencies when events didn't go according to plan.


The commotion their fight caused lent itself to Raifael's capture. It is in the barracks where another recent arrival- someone very, very close to Ceszar - remains imprisoned.


Raifael certainly isn't happy in prison, no.... but neither is he safe.
