Sigil: City of Doors

As Jiro once travels deeper into the caverns of under sigil having deafeated the Were rats , He finds a bar like place . People turned to stone , maybe humans and a few hins too . After examining the place he find a creature . Not much bigger then himself . Its look almost turned Jiro to stone . he deafeated the creature but wants to know who would have lived down there. Who were these people and how did such a horrible creature find its way all the way down there.
